  • Patent number: 11241768
Abstract: A magnetic polishing machine includes a container which accommodates a polishing target and a plurality of polishing pieces, a plurality of rotation plates which are rotatably disposed below the container while a magnet is attached to the rotation plate, and a first rotation mechanism which rotates each rotation plate about a rotation axis of the rotation plate. The adjacent rotation plates are disposed at a position in which rotation areas thereof partially overlap each other.

  • Patent number: 6144339
Abstract: An array antenna for use in, e.g., a radar includes a plurality of pairs of vertical polarization antenna elements and horizontal polarization antenna elements. A particular transmission/receipt module is connected to each pair of vertical and horizontal polarization antenna elements. A beam controller forms a transmission/receipt digital beam while a local signal generator controls a transmission/receipt frequency. The beam controller is connected to the transmission/receipt modules via a data bus and I/O (Input/Output) sections included in the modules.

  • Patent number: 5561434
Abstract: In a dual band array antenna apparatus having a plurality of first phased array antenna elements for a low frequency and a plurality of second phased array antenna elements for a high frequency, one transceiver module is provided for a number of the phased array first antenna elements, and microstrip lines of the first phased array antenna elements are changed to obtain a desired phase distribution at the first phased array antenna elements. Also, one transceiver module is provided for each of the second phased array antenna elements.
