  • Patent number: 10270318
Abstract: An electric motor includes: a rotating shaft; a rotor securely attached to the rotating shaft and including a cylindrical magnet portion; a stator formed in an annular shape on an outer peripheral side of the rotor; a board installed above the rotor and the stator with a predetermined air gap therefrom; and a lead wire connected to the board. A connecting portion of the board and the lead wire is formed at a position on an inner side of an axial projection plane of the magnet portion of the rotor above the board. In this electric motor, even when the rotor is increased in diameter, the connecting portion of the lead wire connected to the board can be prevented from being located proximate to an upper part of the magnet portion of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 10250109
Abstract: The metal conductive plate 60 electrically connecting the bracket 51 on the output side and the bracket 52 on the counter-output side includes: a first abutting portion 61 formed on one end and abutted on a side of the bearing house 520 on the counter-output side, the first abutting portion 61 warping in a direction away from the case 20; a second abutting portion 62 formed on the other end and abutted on an inner side of the bracket 51 on the output side press-fitted on the case 20; and a conductive sleeve 63 connecting the first abutting portion 61 and the second abutting portion 62. The conductive plate 60 and the case 20 include a holding unit for holding a state in which the first abutting portion 61 is abutted on the side of the bearing house 520 on the counter-output side.

  • Patent number: 9300180
Abstract: A molded motor includes an annular yoke part, a stator including a stator core having, a plurality of teeth parts extending from an inner peripheral surface of the annular yoke part toward a center thereof, an insulator covering the stator core, an outer shell formed around the stator core and the insulator and made of resin, a rotor coaxially disposed at the center of the stator, a connecting wire guide provided on the insulator to stand in an axial direction of the stator core at a position corresponding to an engagement recess of an outer peripheral part of the outer shell, and a connecting wire guided by the connecting wire guide. A crimped part of a bracket adapted to be attached to an end face of the stator is engaged with the engagement recess when a part of a side end face of the bracket is crimped and secured.

  • Patent number: 8664825
Abstract: Provided is a molded motor that hardly causes electric corrosion in bearings and produces less noise and vibration. Electrical continuity between a bracket 51 on an output side and a bracket 52 on a counter output side is secured by a conductive plate 60 having elasticity. Therefore, since the conductive plate 60 is unlikely to be cut off by an external force and does not change significantly with time, the electrical continuity between the bracket 51 on the output side and the bracket 52 on the counter output side is hardly interrupted. Accordingly, since a difference in potential between the bracket 51 on the output side and the bracket 52 on the counter output side hardly occurs, electric corrosion is hardly caused in a bearing 41 on the output side and a bearing 42 on the counter output side.

  • Patent number: 6812608
Abstract: Field magnets are attached to an inner periphery of a stator core, which defines a rotor through hole. The stator core has a plurality of recesses open to the rotor through hole. Each recess faces magnet end portions of the field magnets. The recess surface of the recess is away from the surface AC of the magnet end portion and set back toward an outer periphery of the stator core from a rear surface AD of the magnet end portion.
