The first plate portion is attached to a horizontal surface of the stepped portion by double-sided adhesive tape. The second plate portion faces a vertical surface of the stepped portion. The water-stop portion is spread along the vertical surface of the stepped portion. The rib is pressed into an inner side of the water-stop portion, and the water-stop portion is pushed against the vertical surface of the stepped portion and the rib.
