  • Publication number: 20110290522
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a compact sliding device having a simple structure configured to reduce the number of cut lines formed on a mat mounted on a cabin of a vehicle. A sliding device 1 for routing an electric wire 5 between a vehicle floor and a seat includes: a rail 9 having a supporting rail 7 to which a supporting body 11 of the seat is attached, and a receiving part 8 extended along the supporting rail 7; a corrugate tube 4 receiving the electric wire 5; a slider 10 configured to slide in conjunction with the supporting body 11 while holding the corrugate tube 4 extracted into an inside of the supporting rail 7; and a guiding member 12 for bending the corrugate tube 4 extracted out of the supporting rail 7 in a U-shape, and guiding the corrugate tube 4 into an inside of the receiving part 8, and for guiding the corrugate tube 4 onto an inner side wall 81 of the receiving part 8 away from the supporting rail 7.

  • Publication number: 20110061895
Abstract: An arm structure includes a first arm pivotally supported on a body, and a second arm pivotally supported on the first arm at an axis portion formed s on a distal end side of the first arm. A wire harness fixing portion for fixing a wire harness is provided at a distal end side of the second arm. A guide portion having a curved face for guiding the wire harness is provided at an end portion at an end side of the second arm, the end side being opposite to the distal end side. A width of the guide portion is larger than a width of a portion of the second arm corresponding to the axis portion, in a width direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the second arm.

  • Publication number: 20110048761
Abstract: This object aims to provide a wire cabling device which a case can be shared among a plurality of devices for cabling electric wires to a plurality of sliders provided on the right and left sides of an automobile. A wire cabling device (1) comprises electric wires (50) for connecting an electronic apparatus mounted onto the floor (2) of an automobile with an electronic apparatus mounted to a seat (3), a case (5) for housing the intermediate portions of the wires (50), a slider capable of moving in linkage with the seat (3) on a rail installed in the case (5) while holding the wires (50), and a regulation member (90) which is provided in the case (5) and regulates the cabling route of the wires (50) in the case (5) by defining the case (5). The case (5) is so formed as to have a predetermined tubular cross-section along the sliding direction of the seat (3) by roll-molding, and the regulation member (90) is formed independently from the case (5).

  • Publication number: 20100089609
Abstract: A curved wall portion 31 along which a wiring harness 6 is bendably extended has a foreign-matter-escape side opening 32, at one wall 34 continuing to a top opening 30 of an upward guiding cylinder 4 of a protector 20. A foreign-matter-escape side opening 32? on the other wall 34? of the cylinder proximate to the opening 30 is opposed to the curved wall portion. A projection 12 on the other wall 8 in the guiding cylinder 4? and below the side opening 9 of the wall 8 has an upwardly sloping surface 12b continuing thereto. A projection 55 in the guiding cylinder 48 is above the side opening 53 of the other wall 50, traversing the cylinder. The protector 47 includes one separate protector member 47a and the other separate protector member 47b, the former having a projection 55 extending toward the latter to cover a joining area 57 thereof.

  • Patent number: 7109421
Abstract: For preventing a slack of a wire harness and bending the wire harness more smoothly, a harness holder includes an inner clamp member for supporting the wire harness and an outer clamp member supporting rotatably the inner clamp member. The slack preventing member is formed longer than the harness guide in a harness leading direction. Mounting the harness holder at a vehicle body and disposing a protector for receiving the wire harness at a slide door, the wire harness is wired from the harness holder to the protector. In a partially opened slide door, the slack preventing member supports the wire harness. In a full opened and a completely closed door, the harness guide supports the wire harness.

  • Patent number: 6903274
Abstract: A harness protector for accommodating a wire harness in a protector main body in a curved shape includes a friction member for holding the wire harness in the accommodating state temporarily. The friction member abuts resiliently on the wire harness. The harness protector is provided on a sliding member or a fixed member. The wire harness is wired from the harness protector to the sliding member and the fixed member. The friction member temporarily prevents the wire harness from being removed while the sliding member moves. A spring member for biasing the wire harness in a direction where the wire harness is accommodated is provided in the harness protector. The wire harness compresses the spring member to the maximum at a first moving end of the sliding member. The friction member is disposed at a position so as not to interfere with a restoring of the spring member during moving the sliding member from the first moving end to a second moving end.
