  • Publication number: 20070187507
Abstract: An information processing system is provided, which is capable of easily changing a two-dimensional bar code at a low cost, and further capable of detecting the change and creating a computer graphics image corresponding to the change. An object (10) to be imaged has a display section (11) thereon for displaying and making changeable part of a two-dimensional bar code (10a) arranged on the object (10). An information processing apparatus (20) detects the two-dimensional bar code (10a) from a captured image obtained by imaging the object, and creates and outputs a computer graphics image corresponding to the two-dimensional bar code (10a). If the object (10) changes the two-dimensional bar code (10a), the information processing apparatus (20) creates and outputs a computer graphics image corresponding to the change.

  • Patent number: 7171088
Abstract: A number of optical fiber cords 11 are bundled together to constitute an image fiber. A first end of the image fiber 12a is incorporated within and covered by a cylindrical member to constitute an imaging section, which in turn forms one of a plurality of imaging sections. The second end of the image fiber is incorporated within a fiber bundling unit so that an image pickup device simultaneously read images captured by the plurality of imaging sections and transmitted to the image pickup device via optical means. Within the fiber bundling unit a plurality of cylindrical holes are provided, in an orderly fashion and in a lattice pattern, and into at least one cylindrical hole one end of the image fiber that forms an imaging section is inserted. All of the end faces of a plurality of image fibers are aligned in the same plane to thereby form a flattened surface.

  • Publication number: 20030122949
Abstract: A picture display controller is provided which can display picture data having been taken from a plurality of viewpoints in a flexible manner. For displaying moving-picture data having been taken from the plurality of viewpoints, read from a storage medium or received from a server, switching can be made at any time between a manual mode in which a picture is selected or synthesized based on designated information such as viewpoint position included in a viewpoint setting command from the controller operated by the user or from the sensor such as head tracker and displayed and a preset mode in which moving-picture data having been taken from different viewpoints are selected one after another according to a picture display program preset for a moving picture and displayed. With this system design, it is possible to make a user's setting effective only for a picture portion in which he is interested.

  • Publication number: 20030103744
Abstract: A number of optical fiber cords 11 are bundled together to constitute an image fiber 12a. One end of the image fiber 12a is incorporated within and covered by a cylindrical member 14 to constitute an imaging section 15a, which in turn constitutes one of a plurality of imaging sections. The other end of the image fiber 12a is incorporated within a fiber bundling unit 16 so that an image pickup device is able to simultaneously read images captured by the plurality of imaging sections and transmitted via optical means. In the fiber bundling unit 16 are provided a plurality of cylindrical holes 17 including a cylindrical hole 17a in an orderly fashion and in a lattice pattern, and into the cylindrical hole 17a is inserted one end of the image fiber 12a that constitutes the imaging section 15a. At the same time, all of the end faces of a plurality of image fibers including the image fiber 12a are aligned in the same plane to thereby form a flattened surface.

  • Patent number: 5718776
Abstract: In the present invention, a steel product having a specified composition comprising by weight C: 0.02 to 0.25%, Si: 0.01 to 2.0%, Mn: 0.30 to 1.5%, Al: 0.003 to 0.10%, Nb: 0.005 to 0.10%, and Mo: 0.05 to 1.00% with the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities is used to prepare a steel plate having a thickness of 3 to 100 mm (the upper limits of the Nb and Mo contents each being 0.025% particularly for a plate thickness of 3 to 25 mm), and the ratio of the yield stress of the steel plate at a temperature T, .sigma..sub.yT, to the yield stress of the steel plate at room temperature, .sigma..sub.y, over the temperature range of room temperature to 600.degree. C. is brought to a value falling within the following range:1.00-1.083.times.10.sup.-3 T<(.sigma..sub.yT /.sigma..sub.y)<1.16-5.101.times.10.sup.-4 T.Further, the constituents of a welding material are specified to bring the .gamma..sub.3 transformation temperature to below 620.degree. • Patent number: 5686954
Abstract: A plurality of classification items each including a plurality of detailed items for recognizing broadcasting programs per se and program elements included in each of the broadcasting programs are provided wherein the contents of each of the broadcasting programs are represented by the classification items and the detailed items that are respectively represented by the identification data are used to form scheduled program information. The scheduled program information is broadcast together with the corresponding table data for the identification data and the data for character display of the classification items and the detailed items corresponding to the identification data. Program schedules for various kinds of broadcasting programs can be broadcast with a reduced amount of data.
