Abstract: A tripod stand is provided herein which offers a more reliable extension of the supporting rod's inner tube. A first opening is provided in a middle section of the outer tube of the tripod stand's telescoping rod. Correspondingly, a second opening is provided on the center ring of the tripod. Then, a washer is positioned between the first and second openings. To use the tripod stand, the first and second openings are aligned and the inner tube of the telescoping rod is extended to a desired height, a bolt is then screwed through the aligned first and second openings to tightly press against the inner tube via the washer.

Abstract: A clipping device for a drum counterhoop is disclosed. The clipping device is substantially a C-shaped body with an inner edge bottom pivotally mounted to an actuating board frame, the middle section of the board frame is a screw rod protruded out to the C-shaped body to control simultaneously an actuating at the external end of the actuating board frame such that the actuating plate is conveniently pivotally mounted to the counterhoop of the drum, the external edge of the C-shaped body is disposed with a securing seat and the upper section of the seat body is pivotally locked with a fastening cap, in combination with the urging of the locking rod of a locking device, a frame insertion module for mounting musical components is inserted into the securing seat and is locked.

Abstract: A clamping device, for elbow connection having adjustable angle comprising a main body tube seat which can be locked onto a tube and a rotating toothed locking device of an elbow connector, characterizing that a lateral side of the tube seat is connected with a protruded L-shaped board seat, having a through hole at the center thereof. The internal side of the through hole of the protruded L-shaped board seat is provided with a toothed surface arranged in the circular manner and the external side of the clamping element of the locking device is provided with a matching toothed surface for engagement with that of the board seat to position. When the locking nut is released, the locking device can be changed so as to rotate the elbow connector to a desired angle.
