Abstract: An anti-turning umbrella frame is revealed. The anti-turning umbrella frame includes a plurality of inner main ribs, a plurality of inner connecting ribs, a plurality of middle main ribs, and a plurality of stretchers. An outer end of the inner main rib is riveted to an inner end of the middle main rib to form a first rivet point. The anti-turning umbrella frame features on that a positioning portion is disposed on an inner side of the first rivet point of the inner main rib while a locking portion corresponding to the positioning portion is arranged at or close to the outer end of the inner connecting rib. The locking portion is locked with the positioning portion while the umbrella frame is opened. Thereby the inner main rib and the middle main rib are connected to form a rigid body for preventing the middle main rib from turning over.

Abstract: A cable fastener with cable management function is revealed. The cable fastener is a hollow frame formed by two first side walls disposed at an interval along the length direction and two second side walls. The frame has an opening perpendicular to a length direction and two convex bodies arranged symmetrically on inner surfaces of the second side walls. A plurality part of a cable with equal length is respectively mounted into the opening of each cable fastener, passed through the convex bodies and secured in the frame. A plurality of bend points is formed on the cable along the length direction so that the cable is bent into bundles. The cable management and positioning is achieved.

Abstract: An opening spring for multiple fold automatic open-close umbrellas is revealed. The opening spring is disposed in a shaft to provide power for extending the shaft while opening the umbrella. The opening spring is formed by a wound wire with a constant wire diameter and having a plurality segments of coils with different outer diameters. A gradually changing part is disposed between two adjacent segments of coils. The coil outer diameter of the gradually changing part is reduced from top to bottom along the axial direction.

Abstract: A protective device for automatic open close umbrellas is revealed. The protective device includes a ratchet mounted in a handle and rotating elastically for retracting or releasing a string, a string whose bottom end is fixed on the ratchet while a top end is fixed on an outer tube of an umbrella shaft or a core tube, and a locking member that is reverse L-shaped and is arranged with an elastic member for turning back therein. The locking member includes an upper part, a lower part, and a middle axle, used as a first-class lever. Abstract: A protective device for automatic open close umbrellas is revealed. The protective device includes a ratchet mounted in a handle and rotating elastically for retracting or releasing a string, a string whose bottom end is fixed on the ratchet while a top end is fixed on an outer tube of an umbrella shaft or a core tube, and a locking member that is reverse L-shaped and is arranged with an elastic member for turning back therein. Abstract: A ventilated umbrella includes a foldable frame, upper canopy and lower canopy. An upper and lower stopping rings with certain interval there between are disposed under the upper notched ring of the main shaft while a notched ring for string is slidable between the two stopping rings and a compression spring is between the notched ring for string and the lower stopping ring. A plurality of radial vertical slots with larger inner slots and smaller outer slots are disposed evenly on the notched ring for string so that one end of a plurality of strings is set into the vertical slot and restrained by a ring while the other end is connected to upper circumference of the lower canopy. And the connection point is located under a horizontal line formed by joints between the main ribs and the stretchers. Thereby a plurality of strings is easy to attach on the notched ring for string.

Abstract: A grip for an umbrella is provided on an outer wall with a through hole; at least one annular groove having a start point communicating with the through hole and a terminal point; a hook located at the terminal point of the groove; and an elastic strap having an inner end pressing against an inner side of the through hole, and an outer end outward extended through the through hole to form a loop portion having a turning section. The elastic strap could be wound around the groove with the turning section engaged with the hook, and is therefore prevented from tangling other articles in a container holding the umbrella that is not in use. Or, the elastic strap may be extended through a closed item with the turning section engaged with the hook to thereby externally hang the umbrella not in use to the closed item.

The tubular member is sleeved over the central shaft and contains a tubular section and an operation knob. A pair of guiding holes and a pair of wedges located below the guiding holes are interleaved around the tubular section. The body member has a ring section to sleeve over the tubular section of the tubular member. The ring section is confined by the bottom surfaces of the wedges and the operation knob. A pair of opposing hook elements is configured on top of the ring section which could be flexibly expanded outward, causing a force to clasp inward. On the top ends of the hook elements, reversed hooks are configured to penetrate through the guiding holes of the tubular member and into the positioning holes of the central shaft for fixedly positioning the lower nest.

Abstract: A lower nest structure for a collapsible umbrella is provided, which contains a tubular member and a body member. The tubular member is sleeved over the central shaft and contains a tubular section and an operation knob. A pair of guiding holes and a pair of wedges located below the guiding holes are interleaved around the tubular section. The folding umbrella also includes a lower hub having an inward curved waist portion and a conic lower wall portion that provide an increased contact area for a user to comfortably and easily move the lower hub upward or downward to open or collapse the folding umbrella.

Abstract: A skeleton for an umbrella includes multiple sets of rib members, each of which includes a main rib, a first link connected to the main rib, and a stretcher connected at an outer end to the first link. Two opposite sets of the rib members are further provided with a second link connected to a near outer end of the main rib, an elastic first ear-forming rib connected at an inner end to the second link, and a pull cord connected at an inner end to a near outer end of the stretcher and at an outer end to an outer end of the first ear-forming rib. The ear-forming ribs are pulled by the pull cords into curved and tense state to look like two ears at two sides of an animal's head when the umbrella is stretched, and flatly bear against the skeleton when the umbrella is collapsed.

Abstract: An umbrella handle adapted for hanging to a closed item includes a handle coaxially connected to a central shaft to form an umbrella, a handle strap secured at an inner end to the handle, and a clip hooking means provided at a predetermined position on an outer surface of an extension wall of the handle. By extending an outer section of the handle strap through a closed item and turning the handle strap to engage the outer section with the clip hooking means, the umbrella handle is hung to the closed item, such as a handle of a handbag, a hanging rod, etc.

Abstract: A golf umbrella case is designed for positioning in a golf bag between two transverse partitioning strips at a top opening of the golf bag for receiving a golf umbrella therein, so that the golf bag has an integral and valuable appearance without an outward protruded portion to collide or interfere with external things and cause discomfort to a person carrying the golf bag on shoulder. Any rainwater remained on the golf umbrella is collected in the golf umbrella case without internally wetting the golf bag, and the golf umbrella case may be easily removed from the golf bag to clear rainwater and dust accumulated therein.

Abstract: A skeleton for an umbrella includes multiple sets of rib members, each of which includes a main rib, a first link connected to the main rib, and a stretcher connected at an outer end to the first link. Two opposite sets of the rib members are further provided with a second link connected to a near outer end of the main rib, an elastic first ear-forming rib connected at an inner end to the second link, and a pull cord connected at an inner end to a near outer end of the stretcher and at an outer end to an outer end of the first ear-forming rib. The ear-forming ribs are pulled by the pull cords into curved and tense state to look like two ears at two sides of an animal's head when the umbrella is stretched, and flatly bear against the skeleton when the umbrella is collapsed.

Abstract: A ferrule for umbrella is made of a light-transmissible material and defines an internal space for accommodating a light-emitting element mounted on a top of the umbrella. The ferrule is fixedly connected to a top of a shaft or an upper hub of the umbrella and is characterized in that at least a part of outer and inner surfaces of the ferrule is provided with a plurality of protrusions. The protrusions function like lens to diffract and scatter light emitted from the light-emitting element to create an enhanced illuminating effect, enabling the umbrella to have a bright illuminating source that provides good visually warning effect.

Abstract: A wind-stable umbrella includes structurally enhanced connectors for connecting ribs to an upper hub and pull cords extended between a middle hub and near-outer ends of the ribs. Each of the connectors includes a forward extended lug portion that is connected to the upper hub, and two shoulder portions extended from two lateral sides of an upper outer end of the lug portion. The shoulder portions increase a structural strength of the lug portions and press against an outer surface of the upper hub when the umbrella is stretched, so that the ribs are more stably connected to the upper hub via the connectors. The pull cords pull outer portions of the ribs inward when the umbrella is stretched, preventing the ribs from turning outward under a strong wind. The wind-stable umbrella therefore has solid overall structure to avoid twist and deformation due to the strong wind.
