The first communication unit communicates with the terminal via the first communication network based on the predetermined communication protocol. The second communication unit communicates with the terminal based on the predetermined communication protocol via a relay unit arranged in a communication line between the second communication network and the information processing apparatus. The first and the second communication units have the same IP address having an anycast relation as an IP address of the predetermined communication protocol.
