Abstract: An ion exchange membrane of a fluorinated polymer is bonded to a synthetic resin with a binder selected from the group consisting of fluorinated polymers, polyolefins and polyaryl ethers. The binder is in a form of a net, a cloth or a porous sheet so as to form an uneven interlayer.

Abstract: An ion exchange membrane electrolytic cell comprises an anode, a cathode, an anode compartment and a cathode compartment partitioned by an ion exchange membrane; an improvement characterized in that a gas and liquid permeable porous non-electrode layer is bonded to at least one of surfaces of said ion exchange membrane and said porous non-electrode layer is formed by coating electric non-conductive or conductive particles on the surface of a support to form a thin layer, transferring said thin layer onto the surface of said membrane and bonding said thin layer to said membrane by the application of heat and pressure.

Abstract: Lamination of plastic film and shaped metal substrates is carried out by a pair of rolls which comprises one heat-resistant roll having a hollow for receiving at least a forward edge of the shaped metal substrate, on at least one of the surfaces of the roll. A laminated product having no defect or crease of the plastic film can be obtained.

Abstract: A hard board containing a fiber web and a thermoplastic resin which composite is used as a noise absorption product is improved in that the surface and spaces between the fiber web are covered and filled with the resin, and wherein a plurality of finely formed crevices is formed in the resin covering the surface of the composite.
