    Abstract: An electronic advertisement system including an advertiser-side computer for sending billing tag-attached electronic advertisement data describing a billing condition, a multitude of member-side terminal computers, and an advertisement agency-side administration computer connected via the Internet. Under the control by the advertisement agency-side administration computer, the billing tag-attached electronic advertisement data outputted from the advertiser-side computer is added with the corrected billing tag and the resultant data is sent to the respective member-side terminal computers. The member-side terminal computer determines whether the corrected billing condition of the received electronic advertisement data is achieved or not by analyzing the input data from the electronic device.

Computer components such as CPUs or memories are built in a holder made of polyhedron cube. A radio propagation bus space formed by a cavity is provided in the inside of the holder, and a plurality of radio-electric signal interconversion elements provided with a signal identification means facing the radio propagation bus space are disposed in the holder. These radio-electric signal interconversion elements are connected to the computer components in the holder. Holes communicating with the radio propagation bus space are bored on the surfaces of the outsides of the holders by means of the radio lines.

The pair of holders is allowed to be coupled in proximity by means of a coupling mechanism made from a flexible electromagnetic field shielding material, and a radio wave propagation space is formed at the coupling proximity portion of a pair of the holders which is shut out from the electromagnetic field of the outside. The radio wave-electric signal mutual converting elements of a pair of the holders conduct the reception and transmission of the radio wave mutually by being opposed in proximity by means of the radio wave propagation space.
