After the magnetic transfer of the information, claws are inserted in the gas formed by the inclined face of the master carrier and the slave medium. The slave medium held in intimate contact with the master carrier is separated from the master carrier by lifting the slave medium with the claws.

Magnetic transfer means is provided to carry out the magnetic transfer by bringing the master medium bearing information and the slave medium into close contact with each other, and applying a transfer magnetic field. Replacing means is provided to prepare a plurality of master media, and replacing the master medium after magnetic transfer is performed a predetermined number of times. Cleaning means is also provided to clean the replaced master medium by ultrasonic washing or the like.

    Abstract: A method for producing a tin free steel having double layers consisting of a lower layer of flatly deposited metallic chromium and an upper layer of insoluble hydrated chromium oxide which is characterized by a dissolution of soluble hydrated chromium oxide after the formation of three layers consisting of a bottom layer of metallic chromium, a middle layer of insoluble hydrated chromium oxide and an upper layer of soluble hydrated chromium oxide on a steel base by using a chromic acid electrolyte with a small amount of fluoride compound. By using this tin free steel, a welded can body can be produced at high speed without the removal of the plated layer in the welded part because this tin free steel has an excellent weldability.

This film has been precoated with a resin composite containing in its molecular structure at least one radical, such as epoxy radical and hydroxyl radical.     Abstract: A polyethylene film is heat bonded to a metal sheet provided with a layer of hydrated chromium oxide, and possibly a layer of metallic chromium under the oxide layer. The laminated metal sheet is then rapidly quenched, and the polyethylene laminate is irradiated with an electron beam, gamma rays, or X-rays. Alternatively, the polyethylene film may be irradiated prior to lamination. The laminated metal sheet exhibits excellent resistance to steam and hot water and does not delaminate during forming operations such as can-making.

Furthermore, this drawn and ironed can can be used without an inner lacquer coating after forming.
