  • Publication number: 20140111493
Abstract: With this display apparatus, it is possible to switch between a mode wherein a movable shield plate closes a hole formed in a reflecting plate that reflects light from backlights which provide light from behind a liquid crystal panel that displays an image, and a mode wherein the hole is open. A color sensor arranged behind the reflecting plate detects information pertaining to the light from the backlights that has passed through the hole formed in the reflecting plate. Thus, it is possible to detect information pertaining to the light from the backlights from behind the reflecting plate with high precision, and to improve the appearance viewed from the display-surface side of the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7298916
Abstract: When performing A/D conversion on image signals, when reducing noise that is caused by jitter by adjusting the phase of the sampling clocks, even if the input waveform has considerable waveform distortion such as a triangular wave, it is possible to reliably reduce this noise. Input analog image signals are converted into digital image data using sampling clocks from a PLL circuit by A/D conversion means. Next, image data that has delayed by a 1 clock delay circuit is subtracted from the digital data by a subtracter. The maximum value of one screen of the subtracted output is then determined, and 5 is subtracted therefrom to provide a threshold value. A comparator compares the subtracted output and the threshold value, and outputs a signal when the subtracted output is greater than the threshold value. A counter then supplies the count value of these signals to a CPU, and the CPU controls the phases of the sampling clocks using a switch.

  • Patent number: 6303054
Abstract: The present invention provides an electrically-semiconductive poly(amic acid) liquid composition and a use thereof. An electrically-semiconductive poly(amic acid) (polyimide precursor) liquid composition whose electrical semiconductivity is applied by comprising an electrically-conductive carbon black. Change in an electrical resistivity of the liquid composition after being stored for 180 days at a temperature of 23° C. and in an atmosphere of a RH of 65% is 7% or less based on the electrical resistivity immediately after the preparation of the liquid composition. The electrically-semiconductive poly(amic acid) liquid composition is obtainable by mixing 5-40 parts by weight of a poly(amic acid), 95-60 parts by weight of an organic polar solvent and 10-40% by weight based on the poly(amic acid) of an electrically-conductive carbon black having a volatile content of 5-20%, a specific surface area of 100-300 m2/g and a pH of 2-4.

  • Patent number: 6217963
Abstract: A seamless tubular composite film wherein a seamless tubular film comprising fluororesin with a film thickness of 5-20 &mgr;m stretched 2-10% in circumferential direction is fitted on the outside of a seamless tubular film comprising a thermosetting polyimide resin, or the precursor polyamic acid and heated at 200-400° C. for anchorage. In addition, in order to give thermal conductivity and antistatic properties leading to inhibition reduction of heating time and inhibition of adhesion of dirt, boron nitride and compatible thermal conductive agents may be dispersed in the polyimide resin, and carbon black and like electric conductive agent may be dispersed in fluororesin. The film is useful as toner fusing member, such as in electrophotographic copying machines and in laser printing.
