    Abstract: A surface luminous body comprises a light guiding body, a coating layer formed by applying a binder paint where a reflecting material is mixed into and dispersed in a binder onto a surface of the light guiding body, and a reflecting layer made of a pigment layer which is formed by applying a pigment containing binder paint where a pigment is mixed into and dispersed in a binder onto the coating layer, wherein the average particle diameter of the mixed beads is 1 ?m to 80 ?m, and the pigment is opaque and made of a light reflecting material.
