Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a first device unit and a second device unit, each of which includes channel features spaced apart from each other, and a dielectric wall disposed between the first and second device units. The dielectric wall includes a first part which includes a plurality of first portions that are in direct contact with the channel features of the first device unit, and a second part which includes a plurality of second portions that are in direct contact with the channel features of the second device unit. At least one of the first and second parts carries positive or negative charges.

Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a UE. The UE receives, on a primary cell (PCell), an indication indicating an addition of a primary secondary cell group (SCG) cell (PSCell). The UE initiates executing a random access procedure on the PSCell. While executing the random access procedure, the UE receives one or more reference signals on the PSCell; the UE measures the one or more reference signals to select an antenna panel and a beam to receive data on the PSCell; the UE receives, at the antenna panel, the data on the beam after the random access procedure is completed.
