Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of manufacture are discussed. In an embodiment, a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: forming first nanostructures from a first material over a substrate; forming second nanostructures from a second material different from the first material over the substrate, wherein the first nanostructures and the second nanostructures alternate vertically above the substrate; removing the first nanostructures; after the removing the first nanostructures forming an interposer in between the second nanostructures; after the forming the interposer forming a first source/drain region over the substrate and in direct physical contact with the second nanostructures; and removing the interposer exposing surfaces of each of the second nanostructures.

Abstract: Provided is a photocurable conductive black composition including: (a) at least one (meth)acrylate-functionalized urethane oligomer; (b) at least one photopolymerizable compound; (c) a photoinitiator; (d) a visible-light blocking system; (e) conductive fillers; and optionally (f) a thermal initiator. Also provided are a method for forming a cured product composed of the photocurable conductive black compositions, and an article comprising the cured product.

Abstract: A method and a system for mental index prediction are provided. The method includes the following steps. A plurality of images of a subject person are obtained. A plurality of emotion tags of the subject person in the images are analyzed. A plurality of integrated emotion tags in a plurality of predetermined time periods are calculated according to the emotion tags respectively corresponding to the images. A plurality of preferred features are determined according to the integrated emotion tags. A mental index prediction model is established according to the preferred features to predict a mental index according to the emotional index prediction model.

Abstract: A display may have an array of pixels. Display driver circuitry may supply data and control signals to the pixels. Each pixel may have seven transistors, a capacitor, and a light-emitting diode such as an organic light-emitting diode. The seven transistors may receive control signals using horizontal control lines. Each pixel may have first and second emission enable transistors that are coupled in series with a drive transistor and the light-emitting diode of that pixel. The first and second emission enable transistors may be coupled to a common control line or may be separately controlled so that on-bias stress can be effectively applied to the drive transistor. The display driver circuitry may have gate driver circuits that provide different gate line signals to different rows of pixels within the display. Different rows may also have different gate driver strengths and different supplemental gate line loading structures.

Abstract: A control system, a switch, and a method for controlling an execution device. The control system comprises a processor, a control module, and address resolution modules. The processor is connected to the control module by means of a peripheral component interconnection high-speed PCIe bus, the control module is connected to one or more address resolution modules by means of address buses, and each address resolution module is configured to be connected to one execution device, wherein address information of a port to be controlled on each execution device is preconfigured on the processor, and the address information is used for enabling the processor to address to a corresponding address resolution module by means of the control module.

The first frame covers a perimeter of the display panel and defines a display area. The monitor correction apparatus includes a front bezel that is integrally formed with the first frame and covers a part of the display area. Moreover, the monitor correction apparatus includes guide pins that are formed inside the first frame and near the front bezel. The monitor correction apparatus also includes a flexible printed circuit board which has at least one guide hole to be inserted by the guide pins. One end of the flexible printed circuit board extends into the front bezel. An optical sensor is disposed on the flexible printed circuit board and inside the front bezel and has an optical signal receiving zone.
