  • Patent number: 11269170
Abstract: A separate microscopy system, applied to observe a specimen positioned on a stage and further to image the specimen on an imaging device, includes an ocular-lens unit, an adjustment unit and an objective-lens unit. The ocular-lens unit has an ocular-lens optical axis, and is manipulated to make the ocular-lens optical axis perpendicular to the stage. The adjustment unit is assembled to a side of the ocular-lens unit close to the stage. The objective-lens unit has an objective-lens optical axis, and is assembled to a side of the adjustment unit close to the stage. The objective-lens unit is manipulated to be adjusted by the adjustment unit to make the ocular-lens optical axis, the objective-lens optical axis and the imaging device co-axially and perpendicular to the stage, such that the specimen can be imaged at an imaging center position of the imaging device. In addition, an adjusting method thereof is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20140043310
Abstract: The invention relates to an optical detection system for detecting the optical distribution of a display device having a light source and a predetermined display range divided into multiple virtual detection regions. The system includes a power module for supplying power to the light source, a monochromatic module for detecting luminous intensity of the light source at various wavelengths within a selected virtual detection region, multiple optical sensor modules, each corresponding to one of the virtual detection regions, a memory module saving wavelength correction parameters of the optical sensor modules, and a processor module receiving the wavelength distribution within the selected virtual detection region of the display device, and for calculating and compensating for expected detection values of the respective optical sensor modules based on the wavelength correction parameters and actual detection values of the optical sensor modules.

  • Publication number: 20110188036
Abstract: The present invention relates to a monochromatic measurement system. The system mainly includes a monochromator, a light-detecting device and a filter device. The monochromator functions to split light under test into respective light beams with different wavelengths. The filter device modulates the transmission efficiency of the respective light beams, so that the wavelengths of the light beams to which the light-detecting device displays a better response have a lower transmission efficiency while the wavelengths of the light beams to which the light-detecting device displays a lower response have a higher transmission efficiency. The response values measured by the light-detecting device with respect to different wavelength intervals are normalized accordingly. The measurement errors attributed to the measurement precision of the instrument and the environmental noise are independent from the variation of wavelength. The reliability of the measurement instrument is elevated.
