  • Publication number: 20240154313
Abstract: An antenna structure includes a first radiation element, a second radiation element, a third radiation element, an inductor, and a dielectric substrate. The first radiation element has a first feeding point. The second radiation element has a second feeding point. The second radiation element is adjacent to the first radiation element. The third radiation element is coupled through the inductor to the second radiation element. The first radiation element, the second radiation element, and the third radiation element are all disposed on the dielectric substrate.

  • Patent number: 11955519
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an epitaxial substrate. The epitaxial substrate includes a substrate. A strain relaxed layer covers and contacts the substrate. A III-V compound stacked layer covers and contacts the strain relaxed layer. The III-V compound stacked layer is a multilayer epitaxial structure formed by aluminum nitride, aluminum gallium nitride or a combination of aluminum nitride and aluminum gallium nitride.

  • Publication number: 20230093901
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture related to foldable electronic devices are disclosed herein. An example apparatus disclosed herein includes a gear set, a first pair of rotational arms coupled to the gear set, and a first guide set carried by the first pair of rotational arms and couplable to a display of the electronic device, the first guide set having a first guide on a first side of the gear set and a second guide on a second side of the gear set, the second side opposite the first side, wherein the gear set is to rotate the first pair of rotational arms to move the electronic device between an opened orientation and a closed orientation, the first pair of rotational arms to bring the first guide of the first guide set into proximity with the second guide of the first guide set in the closed orientation to cause the display to have a waterdrop cross-sectional shape in the closed orientation.

  • Publication number: 20230027386
Abstract: Techniques for overlay components for compute devices are disclosed. In one embodiment, an overlay component on a base portion of a compute device can be moved from a folded or closed position (in which it does not cover the keyboard) to an unfolded or open position (in which it covers part of the keyboard). The base portion includes a touch sensor that allows the overlay component to be used as a touch surface. In another embodiment, an overlay component of a compute device is movable from one position adjacent a display of the compute device to another position adjacent a base of the compute device. The overlay component is electrically switchable from a transparent state to an opaque state, allowing the display to be seen through it in one position and allowing it to be used as an opaque drawing surface in another position.

  • Publication number: 20230028906
Abstract: Systems and methods to reduce accidental touch actions on a touchscreen are disclosed herein. An example electronic device includes a body including a first body portion and a second body portion that is movable relative to the first body portion. The first and second body portions are movable between a folded configuration and an unfolded configuration. The electronic device includes a touchscreen carried by the body, a sensor carried by the body, machine readable instructions, and processor circuitry to be programmed by the machine readable instructions. The processor circuitry is to determine, based on sensor data from the sensor, the body is being folded or unfolded, detect a touch on the touchscreen, and prevent a touch action corresponding to the touch based on the determination the body is being folded or unfolded.
