    Abstract: A processing system core utilization ratio frequency control system includes a core utilization ratio frequency control subsystem coupled to a processing system having multiple cores, as well as to a BMC device that is also coupled to the processing system. The core utilization ratio frequency control subsystem receives a first ambient temperature and a first processing system operating temperature of the processing system from the BMC device, and uses them to identify respective first frequency limits for different core utilization ratios of the cores in the processing system in a first core utilization ratio frequency limit profile. The core utilization ratio frequency control subsystem then configures the processing system to apply one of the respective first frequency limits to each of a subset of the cores that are currently being utilized in the processing system to provide a current core utilization ratio of the cores in the processing system.

    Abstract: A spectrometer system with a volume holographic light guide element includes two focusing lenses in addition to the volume holographic light guide element, which has a light guide element and two volume holographic elements. The first focusing lens receives the light emitted by a to-be-tested light source at a first focal plane of the first focusing lens and makes the light converge and form plural collimated light beams that are projected to, and diffracted and coupled into the light guide element by, the first volume holographic element, are then received and coupled out of the light guide element by the second volume holographic element, and are subsequently received and focused on a sensing element by the second focusing lens. Each collimated light beam enters and exits the light guide element at the same angle. The spectrometer system can measure the intensity/chromatic uniformity of a relatively weak point/surface light source efficiently.

With the implementation of the present invention, complex production process or equipment is not required thus reduce the system cost, the lighting system is capable of accurately outputting white light and promoting photon recycling effect to raise illumination efficiency. With the addition of a second light entrance hole, wavelength-division or angular division multiplexing can be carried out to raise the intensity of the output white light without increasing the etendue of the source light, thereby widening the range of application of the lighting system.

The testing system includes an arc-shaped brace which has an extended object holder; and a rail base which has a first rail. The imaging system, set at a side of the testing system, includes a screen and an image catcher. With the implementation of the present invention, the rail base is able to rotate or move an object to a test angle with very little light blocking of measurements. Besides, with the first rail supporting the object, the incident angle of the light of a light source to the object remains unchanged when the measuring angle of the imaging system is changed. Thus ensure the accuracy of measurements of the optic distribution meter.

Thanks to the hue changing property of the thermosensitive material, the LED structure can reduce the intensity of its short-wavelength light component and its overall brightness significantly before reaching the L70 threshold, after passing which the LED structure will emit excessive blue light. Thus, the user is protected from overexposure to blue light and will be reminded to replace the LED structure when the LED structure is about to malfunction.
