  • Patent number: 6294873
Abstract: An infrared sensitive electric controlled lamp seat serves to control the illumination of a bulb automatically. The infrared sensitive electric controlled lamp seat includes a lamp seat and an electric controlled device. The lamp seat is an power transferring case having a U shape cone-like shape, and the upper end thereof is installed with a conductive stud, while the lower end thereof is installed with a cone net bulb fixing case. The bottom of the bulb fixing case is installed with a conductive stud for locking the bulb. The electric controlled device is a circuit board. The center of the bottom is installed with an infrared sensing head. The circuit board is firmly secured to the bulb fixing case so that the infrared sensing head is exactly protected in the net case. The power transferring case serves to cover the upper portion of the bulb fixing case. Therefore, an infrared sensitive electric controlled lamp seat is formed.

  • Patent number: 6224401
Abstract: The invention is directed to an electrical socket with a safety device. The electrical socket houses electrical components and includes a top lid having two openings for receiving an electrical plug. The safety device includes a security member having rectangular shoes blocking the two openings of the top lid of the electrical socket. The security member operates to expose the electrical components housed in the electrical socket when both of the shoe members are pushed inward simultaneously. On the other hand, the security member operates to prevent exposure of the electrical components housed in the electrical socket, if only one of the shoes is pushed inward.

  • Patent number: 6149446
Abstract: Safety structure in a three-hole socket assembly, interpreted to be a safety device added into a three-hole socket assembly, to keep an intruding foreign material from coming into contact with the conductor within, thereby preventing electric shock risks; the device is composed of two side-by-side detents overlapped interactively so that they may displace laterally, on one side of each is mounted a pusher whose top tilts downwards internally so that both pushers will cling together, to access power supply the neutral leg of the plug being employed to access power supply will kick the pusher so as to bring the left, right detents being blocked beneath the B plus insert hole and the ground insert hole shifting inwards, just to allow penetration by the other two working legs of the engaging plug into contact with the conductor, whereupon power is accessed in a safe and worry-free manner.

  • Patent number: 5232381
Abstract: A multi-way multiple plug comprises a socket seat portion defined by a housing inside which at least a hot plate and a neutral plate are disposed. A plurality of outlet slot pairs are formed on at two opposite surfaces of the housing in association with the hot plate and the neutral plate to allow a number of external plugs to be simultaneously inserted into the outlet slot pairs from both surfaces to form electrical connections with the hot plate and the neutral plate. A plug portion which comprises a seat with at least a hot blade and a neutral blade secured thereon is mounted to the housing. Both the hot blade and the neutral blade have a snap-on type ratchet device to be firmly held by a support formed on the seat.
