  • Publication number: 20190283675
Abstract: A driving auxiliary mirror apparatus for assisting viewing of a rear vehicle of the present invention comprises a base for securing onto a vehicle and an auxiliary mirror attached onto the base. The auxiliary mirror can be pivotally rotated to adjust the viewing projection position thereof in order to increase the scope of vision at the front and two sides of a rear vehicle driver. Therefore, the driving auxiliary mirror apparatus is able to facilitate the rear vehicle driver to determine a distance away from the front vehicle installed with the driving auxiliary mirror apparatus thereon. In addition, it is able to further reduce occurrence of collisions with the front vehicle installed with the driving auxiliary mirror apparatus thereon during parking and driving as well as to further reduce collisions at two sides of the vehicle. Consequently, driving safety can be significantly improved.

  • Patent number: 9578215
Abstract: The event data recorder contains a mirror set and a camera member. The mirror set contains two curved mirrors, each for capturing an outside view to a lateral side of a vehicle. The camera member contains a camera facing towards the windshield of the vehicle and the curved mirrors. As such, the camera is able to capture views in front of the vehicle and reflected from the curved mirrors simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 7447355
Abstract: Image processing includes defining chromaticity regions according to different luminance levels, and when the luminance of a pixel corresponds to one of the luminance levels, and a chromaticity vector of the pixel is within a chromaticity region corresponding to the luminance level, adjusting the chromaticity vector of the pixel.

  • Publication number: 20070085856
Abstract: Color adjustment includes dividing a color space into m tints, and then dividing each tint into n small areas. A chromaticity of a first color is adjusted by a first predetermined amount. An amount smaller than the first predetermined amount is generated according to the first predetermined amount. A chromaticity of a color close to the first color is adjusted by the amount smaller than the first predetermined amount. The adjusted amount of each small area decreases progressively. Similarly, a gain of a second color is adjusted by a second predetermined amount. An amount smaller than the second predetermined amount is generated according to the second predetermined amount. A gain of a color close to the second color is adjusted by the amount smaller than the second predetermined amount. Similarly, the adjusted amount of each small area decreases progressively.

  • Publication number: 20060197774
Abstract: To strengthen a color of an image pixel without producing contour artifacts includes generating a relation between luminance and maximum chrominance vectors in each sub-color palette, generating a saturation factor of the image pixel according to a maximum chrominance vector corresponding to luminance of the image pixel, and adjusting a chrominance vector of the image pixel according to the saturation factor.
