    Abstract: A centrifugal heat dissipation fan of a portable electronic device. The centrifugal heat dissipation fan includes a hub, multiple metal blades, and at least one ring. The metal blades are disposed surrounding the hub. The metal blades include multiple radial dimensions, and the structure of the metal blade with a shorter radial dimension is a part of the structure of the metal blade with a longer radial dimension. The metal blades having different radial dimensions form at least two ring areas, and the distribution numbers of the metal blades in the at least two ring areas are different from each other. The ring surrounds the hub and connects the metal blades.

The graphic card module is assembled to the bracket and has at least one heat source. The first fin set and the second fin set are assembled to the bracket and the first fin set thermally contacts the heat source. The centrifugal fan is disposed beside the first fin set to generate a first air flow dissipating heat from the first fin set. The heat pipe set contacts the heat source. The axial flow fan is disposed on the second fin set to generate a second air flow dissipating heat from the second fin set. The first air flow and the second air flow are separated from each other, and the second air flow passes through the bracket and the graphic card module.

    Abstract: The invention provides a cancer early detection method using liquid biopsy, the cancer early detection method includes the following steps. MicroRNA expression profile database of cancer patient populations and healthy populations are established. Afterwards, an analysis model for cancer early detection is established through the following steps: a data quality control, a technical replicate merging, a calculation of normalization factors and data normalization, a biomarker feature selection, and a hyperparameter tuning. The analysis model for cancer early detection includes normalization factors, a set of biomarkers, model weights and model hyperparameters. A microRNA expression profile in a liquid biopsy sample of a subject is analyzed by the analysis model for cancer early detection to be used as a basis for an early detection of cancer.
