  • Publication number: 20240050329
Abstract: The methods described herein provide self-assembling macromolecular networks within the human skin. The methods provide instant and accumulation-based physical properties within the skin, causing cosmetic benefits including, bulking/plumping, filling, strengthening, smoothing, firming, and lifting, as well as enhancing the optical properties, radiance and other cosmetic appearance characteristics of the skin. The disclosure also provides a method of re-structuring the skin without cellular biogenesis by effecting macrostructures within the skin. The method comprising effectuating self-assembly within the skin layers by topically applying a composition comprising at least one self-assembly material to form functional macrostructures within the skin and effectuating self-assembly of the at least one self-assembly material in vivo while substantially preventing self-assembly prior to the topical application or treatment.

  • Publication number: 20160089535
Abstract: Cosmetic facial treatment delivery system with skincare benefit agents and iontophoresis micro-current zones are provided for delivering skincare treatments to multiple targeted areas of the skin to treat different concerns of an individual user. The system includes a sheet substrate with skincare agents and a micro-current generator secured to the sheet. The micro-current generator includes an oxidation agent, a reduction agent and a hydrogel with salt. The generator is activated by wetting to produce micro-current. The sheet is applied to skin. The micro-current generated facilitates delivery of skin benefit agents from the sheet by iontophoresis, or directly affects treatment by delivery of iontophoresis micro-current to the skin.

  • Publication number: 20160089308
Abstract: Cosmetic facial treatment delivery sheets with both personalized skincare benefit agents and customized iontophoresis micro-current zones are provided for delivering skincare treatments to multiple targeted areas of the skin to treat different concerns of an individual user. The sheets are made by printing skin benefit agents on a dissolvable or non-dissolvable substrate and then printing micro-current generators with power sources in different locations on the substrate. The micro-current generators facilitate delivery of the benefit agents by iontophoresis, or directly affect treatment by delivery of micro-current to the skin.

  • Publication number: 20160089536
Abstract: Cosmetic facial treatment delivery system with skincare benefit agents and iontophoresis micro-current zones are provided for delivering skincare treatments to multiple targeted areas of the skin to treat different concerns of an individual user. The system includes a sheet substrate with skincare agents and a reduction agent. An activating cream is applied to the skin along with the sheet substrate. The activating cream includes an oxidation agent. The combined reduction agent of the sheet substrate and the oxidation agent of the activating cream cause a redox reaction to generate micro-current. The micro-current generated facilitates delivery of skin benefit agents from the sheet by iontophoresis, or directly affects treatment by delivery of iontophoresis micro-current to the skin.

  • Publication number: 20160089309
Abstract: Cosmetic facial treatment delivery sheets with both personalized skincare benefit agents and customized iontophoresis micro-current zones are provided for delivering skincare treatments to multiple targeted areas of the skin to treat different concerns of an individual user. The sheets are made by printing skin benefit agents on a dissolvable or non-dissolvable first substrate and then printing micro-current generators with power sources in different locations on a second substrate. The first substrate and second substrate are assembled to form the delivery sheets. The micro-current generators facilitate delivery of the benefit agents by iontophoresis, or directly affect treatment by delivery of micro-current to the skin.

  • Publication number: 20160089534
Abstract: Cosmetic facial treatment delivery system with skincare benefit agents and iontophoresis micro-current zones are provided for delivering skincare treatments to multiple targeted areas of the skin to treat different concerns of an individual user. The system includes a sheet substrate with skincare agents and a dual-phase cream that generates micro-current when activated. A first phase contains a reduction agent and a second phase contains an oxidation agent. The cream is activated to produce micro-current when the two phases are combined. The cream is applied to skin along with the sheet substrate. The micro-current generated facilitates delivery of skin benefit agents from the sheet by iontophoresis, or directly affects treatment by delivery of iontophoresis micro-current to the skin.

  • Publication number: 20140146190
Abstract: A system and method are provided for targeted and individualized delivery of multiple skin benefit agents to the skin of a user. The image of a predetermined treatment area of the user's skin is first captured by an imaging device. Selective data input from analysis tools and the end user is then analyzed by a computing device to generate a unique skin profile for the user, which is indicative of the skin conditions at the predetermined treatment area. Based on such skin profile, a printing device prints out one or more cosmetic delivery sheets that can be applied to the predetermined treatment area. Each of the cosmetic delivery sheets contains a substrate with multiple isolate, discrete regions, while at least two of the regions are imprinted with different skin benefit agents for treating different skin conditions of the predetermined treatment area according to the unique skin profile of the user.
