    Abstract: An electronic circuit for calculating image shift in successive images generated by using image invariant optical speckle patterns, with results output as serial I2C or A/B phase signals. The device comprises a laser LED light source, an optical structure, an image detector, an integrated circuit, and a micro-controller. The laser LED light source generates a collimated laser directed at a contact surface through the optical structure. The image detector may capture the speckle patterns from a moving surface. The integrated circuit can perform image shift calculations to determine the shifted distance moved on the surface so as to output the serial I2C or A/B phase signals, which the micro-controller can utilize for movement and location determining applications. Because it is capable of measuring extremely fine changes on scales of one micrometer or less, this invention may be used in surface recognition and precision control applications.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a capacitive sensing circuit, comprising at least one capacitor to be measured, an integral capacitor, a first current mirror having a first current path and a second current path. A first current is generated in the first current path so as to charge the capacitor to be measured, while a second current mirrored from the first current is generated in the second current path so as to charge the integral capacitor. As such, the mirrored current, resulted from mirroring the charging current on the capacitor to be measured, is used to charge the integral capacitor. Charge energy charged on the capacitor to be measured may be copied onto the integral capacitor so as to reflect a voltage signal. Subsequently, capacitance variation generated when the capacitor to be measured is touched may be sensed by detecting the voltage signal.

The guide plate has a guide slot and two flanges on two sides of the guide slot. The end of the cover contacts the flanges and the strike plate is movable within the guide slot. The guide plate has at least one guide block on a face facing the opening. An adjustment plate is located in the casing and has at least one adjustment block. A resilient member located in the casing and biases the guide plate to make the at least one guide block contact the at least one adjustment block or move over the at least one guide block to adjust the distance between the guide plate and the magazine, such that the nails of different sizes can be used in the nailer.

Each punch seat has a control member and a connection arm connected to the slide board. The control member is pivotably connected to the connection arm. The control member has an eccentric seat and an operation board. The eccentric seat is a cam and eccentrically connected to the connection arm. A first face is defined in the eccentric seat and located in opposite to the operation board. A second face is located adjacent to the first face. When switching the first face to the second face, the punch seat is movable along the slide board so as to obtain a desired distance between the punch seats.

The blade frame has one end rotatably connected to the end cap and communicates with the insertion hole. The two guide members are connected to the front end and the rear end of the blade frame. The guide member on the rear end of the blade frame has a groove which guides pencil shavings to the collection portion. The driving unit is connected to the body to drive the blade assembly. The blade assembly is located adjacent to the insertion hole so as to reduce the length that the pencil is inserted into the sharpener.

    Abstract: A paper punch includes multiple punch units, a cover and a slide member. Each paper unit has a punch body and a blade, the punch body has a passage through which the blade is movable relative to the punch body by the spring. The blade has a passive tooth on the top thereof. The cover is mounted to outside of the punch unit and has a closed top in which a slide slot is defined. The slide member is slidable along the slide slot and has an active gear which is engaged with the passive tooth of the punch unit. When moving the slide member, the blade is lowered because the active gear drives the passive tooth. The cross section of the blade is changed to punch different shapes of holes through the paper sheets.

    Abstract: A tacker includes a first arm pivotably connected to the body by a first pin and a second arm is pivotably connected to the body by a second pin. The first end of the second arm is movable along the underside of the first arm. A shaft is connected to the second end of the second arm and between two hook plates which are detachably hooked to a resilient plate which is connected with a push plate. The first arm is pivoted downward about the first pin while the second arm is pushed by the first arm and pivoted about the second pin. The hook plates lift the resilient plate, and are then disengaged from the resilient plate to release the push plate to eject staples. The first and second arms respectively perform two different leverage actions to save the users' efforts.

    Abstract: This invention provides a closed-loop cycling type heat-dissipation apparatus, including at least one metal conduit and plural heat-dissipation fins. Hot air in a housing of a screen module is channeled into the metal conduit through an upper exit of the housing. Heat-dissipation fins attached onto the metal conduit then make heat exchange with atmosphere. The heat of the hot air is dissipated to atmosphere by thermal convection or thermal radiation of surfaces of the heat-dissipation fins. The hot air is cooled down and then channeled into the housing of the screen module through a lower entrance thereof. A closed-loop heat-dissipation cycle is formed. Inner temperature of the housing and temperature difference between inner part and outer part of the housing are effectively lowered. The present apparatus can provide a capability sufficient for heat-dissipation while without the aid of other baggage.
