The wireless apparatus transmits an uplink signal with a preamble sequence on a random access channel (RACH) and a control message on the at least one resource on the UL-SCH to a base station. The base station detects the preamble sequence from the RACH, and retrieves the control message from the at least one resource block on the UL-SCH according to the mapping rule.

    Abstract: A receiver with Inphase-Quadrature (I-Q) imbalance compensation and an I-Q imbalance compensation method thereof are provided. The receiver chooses a first receiving signal which includes a first data and a first noise, as well as a second receiving signal which includes a second data and a second noise from a plurality of receiving signals. The first data have a first positive frequency data and a first negative frequency data, while the second data have a second positive frequency data and a second negative frequency data. The receiver calculates an I-Q imbalance compensation parameter according to the first receiving signal and the second receiving signal, and compensates for a third receiving signal according to the I-Q imbalance compensation parameter. The I-Q imbalance compensation method is applied to the receiver to implement the aforesaid operations.

The wireless device is configured to discover an under-discovered wireless device, and a first network server serves the under-discovered wireless device. The under-discovered wireless device transmits a terminal signal to the first network server at a specific frequency and in a specific period. The wireless device includes a transceiver and a processor electrically connected to the transceiver. The processor obtains a piece of feature information regarding to the under-discovered wireless device by listening to the terminal signal via the transceiver, and identifies that the under-discovered wireless device is in a discovery coverage of the wireless device based on a determination result that the feature information or a normalized feature information is higher than a predetermined threshold.
