  • Patent number: 11935871
Abstract: A semiconductor package including a first semiconductor die, a second semiconductor die, a first insulating encapsulation, a dielectric layer structure, a conductor structure and a second insulating encapsulation is provided. The first semiconductor die includes a first semiconductor substrate and a through silicon via (TSV) extending from a first side to a second side of the semiconductor substrate. The second semiconductor die is disposed on the first side of the semiconductor substrate. The first insulating encapsulation on the second semiconductor die encapsulates the first semiconductor die. A terminal of the TSV is coplanar with a surface of the first insulating encapsulation. The dielectric layer structure covers the first semiconductor die and the first insulating encapsulation. The conductor structure extends through the dielectric layer structure and contacts with the through silicon via.

  • Patent number: 10825110
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for an online community management system. One method includes detecting that a user has interacted with a post on a social network. The social network provides a plurality of entity contents. Further, the method includes determining a topic of the post based on content of the post. The method includes recommending following a related entity content of the plurality of entity contents to the user in response to determining that the topic is associated with the related entity content, the user is not following the related entity content, one or more users of the social network have posted in connection with the related entity content within a threshold amount of time, and the user is not blocked from accessing the related entity content.

  • Patent number: 9957649
Abstract: A sock structure includes a sock body in which a wearer's foot is wrapped. A cuff is provided in an upper end of the sock body, and a toe and a heel are respectively formed at a front end and a rear end of the sock body. An instep is formed at an upside of the sock body, and a contracted opening section is formed in the instep adjacent to the toe. The contracted opening section includes a stitching line by which the contracted opening section is closed and seamed. Depending on the contracted opening section designed on the instep adjacent to the toe, the stitching line stays above the foot toes of a person who wears the sock body and prevents the foot toes from discomfort or injury induced by friction between the foot toes and the stitching line when the sock body is worn on a foot.

  • Publication number: 20030115173
Abstract: An intelligent document management and usage method, comprising the steps of: extracting at least one keyword from each document respectively, and using it as the attribute row corresponding to the document; then, providing a keyword directory table to the display screen for user usage and management, wherein the keyword directory table comprises a plurality of first keyword directories that are composed of the union of the keywords contained in the document. When the user selects one of the first keyword directories, the document link points contained in the first keyword directory are displayed. Moreover, a parent-son hierarchical relationship of the first keyword directory and a plurality of second keyword directories contained in the first keyword directory is also displayed. The second keyword directories are united by the keywords of all documents contained in the first keyword directory corresponding to the upper layer except for the keyword of the upper layer.
