Patent number: 6305548Abstract: A discarded industrial product recycling system capable of acquiring pertinent data required for processings of discarded industrial products such as discarders, reception dates, persons responsible for disposal, disposal dates and so forth for selecting proper disposal for each of the discarded industrial products while automatizing the article data acquisition to a possible maximum for enhancing the enhance disposal rate. An electronic tag (radio-frequency identifier tag) is attached to each of discarded industrial products to allow data required for the processing to be written and read by readers/writers. At a time point and a place where a discarded industrial product is received, basic data required for the processing of that article is written in the electronic tag. Pertinent processing route for each of the manufactured articles is decided by reading the data from the electronic tag while writing additional data in the tag as occasion requires.Type: GrantFiled: September 17, 1999Date of Patent: October 23, 2001Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Eiji Sato, Masakatsu Hayashi, Takeo Takagi, Toshiyuki Aoki, Yoshiyuki Takamura, Tsutomu Hasegawa, Shigeki Kunii

Patent number: 6040659Abstract: A discharge-lamp lighting device has a housing with a power supply socket formed therein and accommodating a printed circuit board with a coil case having a primary coil formed by plural parallel plate-conductors insert-molded around the body thereof and a discharge lamp socket integrally fitted thereon and including a secondary coil therein. A lamp lighting circuit is formed by mounting the coil case on the printed circuit board. The discharge lamp lighting device is formed as a single solid device by potting all the components in the housing with insulating resin poured in a melted state and solidified therein, thus eliminating the need of providing a high-voltage cable between the circuitry and the lamp socket.Type: GrantFiled: September 4, 1998Date of Patent: March 21, 2000Assignee: Toyo Denso Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kenichi Masuda, Tsutomu Hasegawa, Fuminori Teramoto

Patent number: 5741164Abstract: A first terminal and a second terminal are provided, in which a winding terminal of a coil is connected to the first terminal and one end of the second terminal is positioned to overlap one end of the first terminal. One end of each terminal is connected by a soldered portion 12. One end of the first terminal is designed to serve as an engaging projection which is bent at a generally right angle to the longitudinal direction thereof. The engaging projection engages an engaging opening formed on one end of the second terminal. A constricted part is formed near the engaging opening to reduce heat escape. Because the first terminal and the second terminal are firmly secured to each other, a soldered portion is not affected by stress resulting from differences in the coefficients of thermal expansion of the terminals, the solder and the resin due to a change in application temperature and therefore, the reliability of the soldered connection is improved.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 1996Date of Patent: April 21, 1998Assignee: Toyodenso Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kazushi Yasuno, Tsutomu Hasegawa

Patent number: 5678773Abstract: To provide a high-efficient apparatus for minimizing the volume of dust to be buried in the ground or processed in incineration process by crushing a waste article such as wasted electric appliances, separating an individual material component, and discriminating and extracting valuable resources. Motor and other waste articles separated at a metallic lump separation station are cooled down by a cooling apparatus, and put into a soft crushing apparatus where articles are crushed at low temperature. After the residual articles, including housing and so on are crushed primarily by the coarse crushing apparatus, they are forwarded to the soft crushing apparatus.Type: GrantFiled: April 3, 1995Date of Patent: October 21, 1997Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Yoshiyuki Takamura, Masakatsu Hayashi, Tsutomu Hasegawa
