  • Patent number: 8192059
Abstract: Indexes indicative of the locations of lamp clips are formed on a chassis where lamps are juxtaposed with different juxtaposition pitches. The lamp clips comprise: plate-like bases; holding portions, which are provided at one face of the bases, for holding the lamps; and markers corresponding to the indexes.

  • Patent number: 8156852
Abstract: A cut target medium driving type cutting plotter, where a cut target medium to be cut is driven in a first direction and a cutting unit is driven in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, thereby moving the cutting unit in a two-dimensional direction relative to the cut target medium to make the cutting unit to be selectively brought into press contact with and separated from the cut target medium to cut the cut target medium in a desired shape, the cut target medium driving type cutting plotter includes a cut target medium supporting sheet to removably support the cut target medium on a surface opposite to the cutting unit. Preferably, the cut target medium is driven in the first direction together with the cut target medium supporting sheet, and the cut target medium supported on the cut target medium supporting sheet is cut by the cutting unit.

  • Patent number: 7524102
Abstract: A light source device includes: at least four rod-shaped lamps; an attachment plate to which the at least four lamps are attached substantially parallel to one another in a condition where the pitches between the lamps are different from one another; and a plurality of lamp clips each having two holding portions holding adjoining two lamps at middle parts thereof. The separation distance between the two holding portions of a first lamp clip holding two lamps and the separation distance between the two holding portions of a second lamp clip holding two lamps adjoining the two lamps are substantially the same.

  • Publication number: 20080037250
Abstract: A lamp supporting device for supporting a plurality of lamps so as to be juxtaposed includes the first and second mounting holes for mounting the first lamp holding member having a plurality of holding parts for holding middle parts of the lamps and the second lamp holding member having a holding part of the number different from that of the holding parts of the first lamp holding member; and identifying means for identifying positions to which the first and second lamp holding members are mounted.

  • Patent number: 5208457
Abstract: A method of secondary ion mass spectrometry analysis has been improved to make detection of the positive and the negative secondary ions within a short period of time and with a high sensitivity. This improved method utilizes an accelerated primary ion of a cesium oxide for selective irradiation to a specific region in the test specimen to sputter the specimen surface and to make a mass spectrometry analysis of emitted positive and negative secondary ions. In detecting the positive and the negative secondary ions, it is possible to change the polarity of one ion current detection electrode of a secondary ion mass spectrometer in turn or to use two ion current detection electrodes connected to a secondary ion mass spectrometer and applied to a positive and a negative potential, respectively.
