  • Patent number: 7515661
Abstract: A transmitting apparatus, a transmitting method, a receiving apparatus, a receiving method, a transceiver, a communication apparatus and method, a recording medium, and a program in which high quality voice can be decoded. A cellular telephone outputs coded voice data and also supplies uncoded voice sample data to a switching center while a telephone call is not made. Based on voice data used for the previous calculation processing and newly input voice data, the switching center performs calculation processing for quality-improving data for improving the quality of voice to be output from a cellular telephone that receives the coded voice data. The switching center stores the optimal quality-improving data as a user information database in association with the cellular telephone. • Patent number: 7467083
Abstract: The present invention relates to a data processing apparatus capable of obtaining high-quality sound data. A tap generation section 121 generates a prediction tap used for a process in a prediction section 125 by extracting decoded speech data in a predetermined positional relationship with subject data of interest within the decoded speech data such that coded data is decoded by a CELP method and by extracting an I code located in a subframe according to a position of the subject data in the subject subframe. Similarly to the tap generation section 122, a tap generation section 122 generates a class tap used for a process in a classification section 123. The classification section 123 performs classification on the basis of the class tap, and a coefficient memory 124 outputs a tap coefficient corresponding to the classification result. The prediction section 125 performs a linear prediction computation by using the prediction tap and the tap coefficient and outputs high-quality decoded speech data.

  • Publication number: 20080259169
Abstract: A motion-vector-setting section (31) sets a first motion vector in units of pixel in a target image. An exposure-time-ratio-setting section (32) sets in units of image an exposure time ratio that is a ratio between a time interval of the target image and a period of exposure time. A motion-blur-amount-setting section (33) sets a motion blur amount in units of pixel based on the exposure time ratio and the first motion vector. Based on the motion amount, a processing-region-setting section (36) sets processing regions as well as a processing-coefficient-setting section (37) sets processing coefficients. A pixel-value-generating section (38) generates pixel values that correspond to the target pixel from pixel values in the processing region and the processing coefficients. A motion-blur-adding section (41) adds a motion blur to an image containing the pixel value generated based on an input second motion vector and the first motion vector.

  • Publication number: 20080198558
Abstract: A housing structure of an acoustic controller, in which a lower case of the controller has an increased rigidity and improved moldability. The lower case is integrally formed by a resin and has a bottom surface thereof disposed to face a tabletop surface when the controller is in a stationarily placed thereon. The bottom surface of the lower case is formed to have a concave-forming portion that defines a concave space communicating with the outside of the controller on the left and right sides thereof and which is upward convex as viewed when the controller is stationarily placed, thus increasing the rigidity of the lower case. Bosses and vertical ribs formed to project upward from a horizontal part of the concave-forming portion of the lower case each have a reduced height, thereby improving the moldability of the lower case.
