  • Publication number: 20220049725
Abstract: In a fluid pressure cylinder having a body having a pair of cylinder holes, a pair of pistons movably accommodated respectively in the pair of cylinder holes, a pair of piston rods secured respectively to the pair of pistons, and an end plate connected to end portions of the pair of piston rods, each of the pistons partitions the corresponding cylinder hole into a head-side cylinder chamber and a rod-side cylinder chamber. The body includes a solenoid valve configured to switch between supply of pressurized fluid to the head-side cylinder chambers or the rod-side cylinder chambers and discharge of the pressurized fluid from the head-side cylinder chambers or the rod-side cylinder chambers, and the solenoid valve is disposed inside a surface of the body.

  • Patent number: 10876550
Abstract: A pressure booster is equipped with a pair of cylinders provided on both sides of a center unit, pistons each disposed inside the pair of cylinders, and a piston rod connecting the pistons. Each of the cylinders has a drive chamber and a booster chamber partitioned by the piston therein, and wherein the pressure booster is further equipped with a switching valve that is switched by abutting on each of the pistons, and a reset valve disposed in a fluid passage connecting a supply port to one of the pair of drive chambers.

  • Publication number: 20200355203
Abstract: An air cylinder fluid circuit is formed by connecting a switching valve, which switches the supply and discharge of compressed air, and cylinder port parts of an air cylinder by means of pipes, wherein the acoustic velocity conductance of the pipes is smaller than the acoustic velocity conductance of the switching valve and the cylinder port parts.

  • Patent number: 10316868
Abstract: In a cylinder body of a fluid pressure cylinder, pistons are movably accommodated in respective cylinder holes, which are formed in a pair of main body portions. Further, a rod on which a magnet is installed is disposed movably in the axial direction in a connecting section that interconnects one of the main body portions and another of the main body portions. The rod and piston rods are connected to an end plate, whereby the rod is moved integrally with the end plate when the pistons are moved under the supply of a pressure fluid. Additionally, magnetism from the magnet is detected by a detection sensor mounted in the cylinder body, whereby the position of the pistons in the axial direction is detected.

  • Patent number: 7343849
Abstract: A piston, which is provided in a cylinder tube, is connected to a pair of guide rods by the aid of a plate. The guide rods are arranged displaceably in the axial direction along guide holes of the cylinder tube. The displacement of the piston is guided by the guide rods. The guide holes are communicated with the outside via a tube connected to an air hole. The air is sucked into and discharged from the guide holes via the tube in accordance with the reciprocating motion of the piston.

  • Publication number: 20060054438
Abstract: A piston rod is inserted into a center hole of a cylinder tube of a guide-equipped cylinder. A first guide rod and a second guide rod, which are connected to the piston rod by a connecting plate, are inserted into a first side hole and a second side hole respectively. The first guide rod is inserted into respective through-holes of a first bush and a second bush. On the other hand, the second guide rod is inserted into respective through-holes of a third bush and a fourth bush. Each of side circumferential walls of the first guide rod and the second guide rod is coated with a coating. Each of inner circumferential walls of the bushes is coated with a coating.
