  • Patent number: 11931936
Abstract: In an injection process, molten resin is successively injected from a first flow channel and a second flow channel connected with each other in order into a cavity of a metal mold. High-temperature resin existing in the first flow channel is injected in advance into the cavity as a part of a single shot of molten resin to later form a skin layer of a molded article. Other low temperature resin near a flowable limit existing in the second flow channel is subsequently injected into the cavity as another part of the single shot of molten resin to later form a core layer of the molded article. A low temperature resin remaining in the first flow channel when injection is completed is warmed to be a high-temperature resin before the next cycle, thereby allowing successive molding of molded articles.

  • Publication number: 20230406225
Abstract: An overhead display system for a vehicle is disclosed. The system includes a central strut channel extending across the vehicle ceiling, and front and rear arches also extending across the vehicle ceiling in spaced relation to the central strut channel and in generally parallel relationship thereto. A central bracket has an upward channel attached to the central strut channel and angled surfaces and horizontal surfaces emanating forward and rearward from the central channel. The horizontal surfaces attach to the front strut or the rear strut respectively to provide anchoring stability to the central bracket. Matingly received in the central upward channel is a central fixture which is attached to a display housing at both the front and rear sections. The resulting upside down T-shaped structure provides stability and vibration management to the overhead display mount.

  • Patent number: 11231067
Abstract: A bearing member 1 is provided with a coating layer 3 on an inner circumferential surface of a shaft hole 1A into which a shaft body 2 is to be fitted. The coating layer 3 is composed of a metal base material 3A and a heat conductive material 3B that is dispersed in the base material 3A and that has a thermal conductivity relatively higher than that of the base material 3A. The heat conductive material 3B has lengths Lb and Lc in directions B and C along a surface of the coating layer 3, longer than a length La in a thickness direction A of the coating layer 3, whereby thermal conductive characteristics in the directions B and C along the inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole 1A are enhanced. Thus, heat dissipation is improved, whereby temperature rise due to sliding contact with the shaft body 2 is suppressed, and seizure resistance is improved.
