  • Patent number: 8321907
Abstract: An MPEG decoder decodes a video data packet for standard broadcasting to generate video data for standard broadcasting, and detects a decoding error thereof. A MPEG decodes a video data packet for broadcasting under rainfall to generate video data for broadcasting under rainfall. A synthesizing section generates a composite signal obtained by replacing a decoding error part of the video data for standard broadcasting with a corresponding part of the video data for broadcasting rainfall.

  • Publication number: 20110080265
Abstract: The disclosure discloses an RFID tag communication system comprises: at least one RFID tag provided with one or more reversible identifiers capable of reverse at response; and a plurality of apparatuses, said apparatus including: an antenna device; a storage device configured to store a setting element of each of said one or more reversible identifiers; a setting portion configured to set the reversible identifier on the basis of said setting element; a reading command transmission portion configured to transmit a reading command by means of using said reversible identifier; a notification signal generation portion configured to generate an identifier notification indicating the reversible identifier; a notification signal output portion configured to output said identifier notification to the other apparatuses; a notification signal input portion configured to input said identifier notification from the other apparatuses; and a setting element update portion configured to update said setting element.

  • Publication number: 20100176928
Abstract: This disclosure discloses an apparatus configured to conduct radio communication with at least one RFID tag having a reversible flag capable of being reversed at response; communication area switching portion capable of sequentially switching and generating a plurality of modes of communication areas from the antenna device; flag unification command transmitting portion configured to transmit a flag unification command for unifying the reversible flag of the RFID tag present within the communication area to a state before reverse to the RFID tag present in each mode of the communication area sequentially generated by the communication area switching portion through the antenna device; and reading command transmitting portion configured to transmit a reading command for obtaining information stored in the RFID tag to the RFID tag after the flag unification command is transmitted to the RFID tag in the plurality of modes of communication area.

  • Publication number: 20070130603
Abstract: The MPEG decoder 118 decodes a video data packet for standard broadcasting to generate video data for standard broadcasting, and detects a decoding error thereof. The MPEG decoder 120 decodes a video data packet for broadcasting under rainfall to generate video data for broadcasting under rainfall. The synthesizing section 126 generates a composite signal obtained by replacing a decoding error part of the video data for standard broadcasting with a corresponding part of the video data for broadcasting under rainfall.

  • Patent number: 6819714
Abstract: A comparing/judging unit 125 of a video encoding apparatus compares, prior to encoding each image data, the predictive amount of codes accumulated in a receiver buffer of a decoding apparatus with a threshold that is set for a picture type of a picture to be obtained by encoding the image data. The comparing/judging unit 125 judges, when the predictive amount in the receiver buffer is below the threshold, that encoding the image data is to be skipped, and makes the DCT unit 113 cancel the encoding process. The comparing/judging unit 125 then outputs an all-skip picture in which all macroblocks except a first macroblock and a last macroblock in each slice layer are skipped macroblocks from a SKIP picture storage memory 126.
