  • Publication number: 20150094385
Abstract: Provided are a rubber foam composition from which a rubber foam having low metal corrosive properties, low fogging properties and reduced odor and causing no poor foaming or tackiness of the rubber foam surface can be obtained, and a rubber foam using the same. The rubber foam composition comprises: a rubber component including a copolymer rubber of ethylene, an ?-olefin having three or more carbon atoms and a non-conjugated diene, a vulcanizing agent, and a foaming agent, the composition being characterized in that the vulcanizing agent comprises ?,??-di(t-butylperoxy)diisopropylbenzene and a quinoid-based vulcanizing agent, and characterized by being substantially free of urea-based foaming auxiliary, and the rubber foam uses the same.

  • Publication number: 20150094390
Abstract: Provided is a sealing material having low hardness, low density, and excellent sealing properties. A sealing material, made by vulcanizing and foaming a blend containing: a thermoplastic resin; a foaming agent; a vulcanizing agent; and a rubber component containing a rubber copolymer of ethylene, a non-conjugate diene, and an ?-olefin with 3 or more carbon atoms; wherein the blend contains 2 to 4 mass parts of stearic acid and 5 to 7 mass parts of CaO in 100 mass parts of the rubber component, and the 50% compressive stress of the sealing material is 100 kPa or less.

  • Publication number: 20020025564
Abstract: When a basic amino acid is produced by culturing a microorganism having an ability to produce the basic amino acid in a liquid medium under an aerobic condition to produce and accumulate the basic amino acid in the medium, pH of the medium is controlled to be 6.5-9.0 during the culture, and 7.2-9.0 at the end of the culture, and a culture period where 2 g/L or more of hydrogencarbonate ions and/or carbonate ions exist in the medium is secured during the culture by controlling pressure in a fermentation tank to be a positive pressure during the fermentation, or supplying carbon dioxide gas or a mixed gas containing carbon dioxide gas to the medium, so that the hydrogencarbonate ions and/or carbonate ions should serve as counter ions of cations mainly consisting of the basic amino acid.
