Patent number: 6203731Abstract: If the surface of metallic mold should not be highly transcribed to the surface of product in injection molding the plastic products, the transcription defects such as weld, shrinkage, etc. are caused to the surface of product. Further, if the resin should be exposed to the surface of high temperature metallic mold more than necessary during the molding, the filler and the like of glass and so forth are contained into the resin, and in this case, they are left over on the surface of metallic mold, resulting in the transcription defect. These problems can be solved by heating the surface temperature of metallic mold higher than the glass transfer temperature of resin if the resin is non-crystal and higher than the fusion point temperature if the resin crystal, with the temperature raising speed of more than 2° C. every second, maintaining this temperature during the resin charging, and by cooling at the lowering speed of more than 2° C. every second after the completion of charging.Type: GrantFiled: October 16, 1998Date of Patent: March 20, 2001Assignee: Tohoku Munekata Company LimitedInventors: Tsuyoshi Kato, Hirofumi Tateyama, Hideyuki Ishiyama, Kiyoshi Suzuki

Patent number: 5890831Abstract: A holder of the present invention is formed of a leg portion having an opening at an upper portion thereof; a flange extending outwardly from a vicinity of the opening; outer pawls projecting from the leg portion to sandwich a peripheral edge of a fitting hole together with the flange therebetween; and thick frame portions. When the leg portion of the holder is inserted into the fitting hole, the outer pawls are resiliently deformed toward depressed portions of the leg portion. When an impact is applied to the holder, abutting surfaces of the outer pawls are strongly pressed against the peripheral edge of the fitting hole. However, side surfaces of the frame portions are pressed against the peripheral edge of the fitting hole to prevent damage of the outer pawls. Thus, the holder having a reduced inserting force and improved impact resistance can be obtained.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 1997Date of Patent: April 6, 1999Assignee: Nifco Inc.Inventor: Tsuyoshi Kato

Patent number: 5553172Abstract: An electronic image pickup apparatus picks up an object image such as an image on a blackboard and outputs the image. The apparatus can synthesize a picked-up image with format data input from another unit and output the synthesized image. When synthesis processing is to be performed, format data to be synthesized are created and stored in several line buffers in advance. When a picked-up one-line image signal is written in a line buffer of 1 line, the format data stored in the several line buffers are read out, and the image signal and the format data are synthesized in the line buffer of 1 line. By outputting the data in this line buffer in units of lines, the synthesized data obtained by synthesizing the picked-up image with the format data is output.Type: GrantFiled: November 29, 1994Date of Patent: September 3, 1996Assignee: Casio Computer Co., Ltd.Inventors: Satoshi Kimura, Hideki Miyazaki, Hiroto Shimizu, Kazuto Yamamoto, Tsuyoshi Kato
