    Abstract: A battery monitoring device includes: a plurality of charged state acquisition units that are provided with respective ones of a plurality of battery modules, acquire charging information of the plurality of battery modules, and are capable of forming an information transmission path for the charging information through radio communication therebetween; a monitoring unit that monitors the plurality of battery modules on the basis of the charging information input via the information transmission path; and a path selection unit that selects a charged state acquisition unit forming the information transmission path to the monitoring unit for each of the plurality of charged state acquisition units capable of forming the information transmission paths on the basis of the charging information.
