  • Publication number: 20050064121
Abstract: A method for manufacturing resin tubes used in curtains is enclosed. The method comprising the steps of: adding polypropylene and foaming agent to an extruder for melting and blending as a mixing material, feeding the mixing material to a mould; shaping the mixing material by passing the mixing material out of a ring-shape outlet of the mould so as to form with a tube; solidifying the tube in a cooling tank; and cutting the tube into a plurality of resin tubes each having a predetermined length. Also a resin tube for weaving curtains is related. The resin tube is made of foamed polypropylene resin.

  • Publication number: 20030139940
Abstract: A purchaser requests a supplier to manufacture a component. A management form for managing a schedule ranging from the development to delivery of the component to be procured is jointly prepared by the procurement section, production management section and inspection section of the purchaser, and is stored in a publishing server. The publishing server publishes the management form for the supplier. The supplier inputs information required by the purchaser to the published management form. The purchaser collectively manages the progress ranging from the development to the delivery of the component to be procured, using the information input by the supplier.

  • Patent number: 4753406
Abstract: A hanger for hanging a kitchen appliance from a cabinet includes a metal plate adapted to be placed on a bottom panel of the cabinet and having a plurality of screw holes, a hook adapted to extend downwardly from the metal plate through the bottom panel, a bracket having a hook retaining hole for retaining the hook and a plurality of screw holes, an adjustment bolt and an adjustment nut threaded over the adjustment bolt and engaging the bracket, and a reinforcing attachment plate having a boss for engaging the adjustment bolt. The kitchen appliance can be attached to the cabinet by the hanger either using the bracket or without using the bracket. The boss serves to adjust a hanger height to meet the thickness of the bottom panel when the kitchen appliance is fixed directly to the cabinet without using the bracket and the adjustment bolt and nut.

  • Patent number: 4010343
Abstract: Microwave oven is provided with an improved door screen which allows an undisturbed clean observation of the heating chamber and at the same time assures safety and durability in use. The door screen comprises an electromagnetic wave shielding means made of a metal mesh interposed between a pair of transparent plates. The metal mesh is constituted by electrically conductive woven wires having a predetermined diameter with the space between the wires also being numerically predetermined.

  • Patent number: 4008383
Abstract: A microwave oven whose door screen is constructed by interposing an electromagnetic wave shielding body of a metallic plate having a plurality of through-holes formed therein or a wire screen, between a tempered glass plate and a transparent resin plate, with the tempered glass plate being placed on the side of a heating cavity while the transparent resin plate being placed outwardly, a peripheral section of the shielding body extending to electrically connect with a metal plate which, essentially, electrically connects the heating cavity with the door body, whereby observation of food in the heating cavity during cooking can be facilitated while the safety from electromagnetic wave leakage is assured.

  • Patent number: 3978305
Abstract: A microwave oven has an oven-defining housing structure having an electric lamp used to illuminate the interior of the oven-defining housing structure, that is, a heating chamber. The oven-defining housing structure has a control panel at the front thereof, which control panel includes one or more signaling windows or indicators to be illuminated, for example, one signaling window representing, when illuminated, that the high frequency wave generator is in position to generate a low radiating energy into the heating chamber and the other signaling window representing, when illuminated, that the high frequency wave generator is being operated. These signaling windows are respectively illuminated by portions of rays of light emitted by the oven lamp by means of light transmitters. Respective shutter mechanisms are provided for controlling passage of the light rays from the oven lamp towards the signaling windows so that the latter can be illuminated at required times.
