  • Patent number: 11768214
Abstract: An automatic analyzer includes: a specimen holding unit configured to hold a specimen container in which a specimen is stored; a dispensed container holding unit configured to hold a plurality of dispensed containers; a dispensing probe configured to separate a predetermined amount of the specimen from the specimen container, and configured to dispense the specimen into the dispensed container; a probe washing device configured to wash a leading end of the dispensing probe in a washing liquid; and a controller configured to control driving of the dispensing probe. The controller includes an arithmetic processing unit configured to calculate a concentration of the specimen in the specimen container. The specimen is subject to dilution with the washing liquid adhered to the leading end of the dispensing probe in the probe washing device. The arithmetic processing unit sets a maximum number of times for dispensing the specimen, based on the concentration.

  • Patent number: 11635444
Abstract: A feature amount extraction unit outputs, as a data series, a feature amount of time-series data of an oscillation frequency of an AC signal of an oscillation circuit until a certain time elapses from when a dispensing probe starts to be lowered. Then, a bubble contact determination processing unit determines whether a liquid level has been normally detected based on a correlation between a waveform of the data series of the feature amount and an abnormal waveform model. Further, based on a determination result, a second controller determines a deviation between a tip portion of the dispensing probe and the liquid level in a container and a factor of the deviation.

  • Patent number: 10690691
Abstract: According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic analyzer that detects a liquid level by using an electrostatic capacity system. Feature values are extracted from time-series oscillating frequency data of an alternating current signal that is output by an oscillation circuit in a period from a time point at which a dispensing probe starts moving downward till a time point at which a certain period of time has elapsed. On the basis of the feature values from the time-series oscillating frequency data, it is determined whether or not the liquid level in a container has been detected properly, by using different methods. Whether a gap is present between the tip portion of the dispensing probe and the liquid level in the container and a reason for the gap are determined from a combination of multiple determination results obtained by using the methods.

  • Patent number: 8052947
Abstract: A method for separating and recovering trivalent and tetravalent actinoids in a simple and less costly manner without using an organophosphorus compound is provided. This method selectively separates and recovers the tetravalent actinoid plutonium Pu (IV) and the trivalent actinoids americium Am (III) and curium Cm (III) from trivalent lanthanoids Ln (III), etc. with the use of an extractant having a functional group with neutral multidentate ligand activity which is a hybrid donor type organic compound having both of donor atoms, i.e., an oxygen atom and a nitrogen atom.
