Patent number: 7024262Abstract: In a manufacturing process management system 10, each of input terminals 401 to 40n located respectively in multiple manufacturing processes of a process flow with regard to a preset product reads a barcode 164 attached to a target 160 and inputs a start of processing with regard to the product. The manufacturing process management system 10 maps the product to a processing status and stores the mapping into a database 130. In response to input of an acquisition request of the processing status with regard to the product from a client PC 50, the manufacturing process management system 10 reads the processing status according to the acquisition request from the database 130, creates a response message, and outputs the created response message to the client PC 50. This manufacturing process management system enables a current location of the preset product to be readily managed in the process flow of the multiple manufacturing processes.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 2003Date of Patent: April 4, 2006Assignee: Seiko Epson CorporationInventors: Tsuyoshi Yokota, Yoshiyuki Aido, Yoichi Nishimura, Eiichiro Furihata, Yoshihiro Hodozuka, Daisuke Osanai, Yoshito Tazawa, Juliet Chen, Eva Lee, Lorenzo Lee, Lawrence Chuang

Publication number: 20040254828Abstract: In shipping a computer ordered by selecting parts on a sales site offered by a sales management server, a shortcut link incorporating part codes as parameters of a URL on the support information site offered by a FAQ server, is set on a desktop screen of the computer. On the other hand, part codes, questions probable to arouse concerning the parts and answers thereto are registered as data in a database. When the short-cut link is selected on the desktop screen of the computer, the FAQ server accessible via a web management server obtains part codes from the URL, and sends the data picked up from the database by using the part codes, as a FAQ page, to the side of the user.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 29, 2004Publication date: December 16, 2004Inventors: Tsuyoshi Yokota, Hideki Makiyama, Yasushi Noguchi

Publication number: 20020035525Abstract: The present invention creates an order parts list 31 based on order information 15 to record on a memory storage 21 of computer after allocating the parts existing in a inventory list 32. After the order is confirmed, it also determines whether parts in the order parts list 31 exist in the latest inventory list 32 and refers to priority order information 33 indicating shipment priority order for each part listed on the latest inventory list 32 and creates a confirmed parts list 34 reallocating the above parts having the highest priority.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 28, 2001Publication date: March 21, 2002Inventors: Tsuyoshi Yokota, Satoshi Shimoda, Eiichiro Furihata, Isoko Furihata

Patent number: 6094559Abstract: The present invention provides a fixing apparatus with a pair of fixing members at least one of which is rotatable, a nip being formed between the fixing members and a recording material which carries a non-fixed toner being conveyed through the nip and heated at the nip to fix the non-fixed toner onto the recording material. The apparatus has a cleaning mode for cleaning the fixing member, in which a sheet is pinched by the nip, and the sheet is conveyed in a direction by repeating rotation and stoppage of the rotatable fixing member.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 1998Date of Patent: July 25, 2000Assignee: Canon Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Yasumasa Otsuka, Koichi Okuda, Akira Hayakawa, Tetsuo Kishida, Masahito Omata, Akira Kato, Kazuo Suzuki, Tsuyoshi Yokota

Patent number: 4504900Abstract: A sequence instruction display system for use with a programmable sequence controller for displaying a desired sequence instruction and the on-off state of the input or output element corresponding thereto. A buffer memory is provided for storing input and output instructions along with the corresponding on-off states transmitted from a program memory of the sequence controller on an on-line basis with the scan of the program memory in the sequence controller. A numeric key is provided to designate an output instruction. A comparator, on detecting the coincidence of the designated output instruction with an output instruction transmitted from the sequence controller, outputs a signal so as to prevent the buffer memory from further storing the input and output instructions. A data display device displays at a time one of the input and output instructions along with the on-off state stored in the buffer memory.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 1982Date of Patent: March 12, 1985Assignee: Toyoda Machine Works, Ltd.Inventors: Toshihiko Yomogida, Itaru Sakurai, Tsuyoshi Yokota, Sadamu Kato

Patent number: 4425630Abstract: A sequence instruction display system used with a programmable sequence controller for displaying a desired sequence instruction and the on-off state of the input or output element corresponding thereto. A data processor stores the address data of an input element in an input address register when the on-off state thereof and an input instruction corresponding thereto are displayed. The data processor, when a signal is applied thereto, searches a program storage area for an output instruction having the address data which is stored in the input address register and further searches for an input instruction which concerns the energization of the output element corresponding to the output instruction to thereby enable the operator to find a desired sequence instruction by a simple manipulation.Type: GrantFiled: September 16, 1981Date of Patent: January 10, 1984Assignee: Toyoda Koki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Toshihiko Yomogida, Tsuyoshi Yokota, Haruhisa Tsuji

Patent number: 4253141Abstract: A programmable sequence controller with a counting function comprises an addressable latch circuit including at least one flip flop. A counter is connected to the flip flop such that the content of the counter is changed by one each time the flip flop is set. A setting device is provided for manually setting a count-up value of the counter. A comparator generates a count-up value signal when the counting-up of the counter to the count-up value is detected. A data selector is connected to receive the count-up value signal for supplying a logical value indicative of the status of the comparator. A logic operation circuit is responsive to a test command of a first instruction for testing a logical value of one of a plurality of external input devices and the data selector specified by address data in the first instruction and also responsive to an output command in a second instruction for generating an output command signal based upon the result of the test.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 1979Date of Patent: February 24, 1981Assignee: Toyoda-Koki Kabushiki-KaishaInventors: Isao Suzuki, Toshihiko Yomogida, Tsuyoshi Yokota

Patent number: 4249248Abstract: A programmable sequence controller wherein a logic operation processor controls a program counter so as to successively read out from a sequence memory sequence instructions, which are applied to an input and output selector for selectively designating a plurality of input and output elements as well as to the logic operation rocessor. The logic operation processor is programmed to test the operational states of one or more input elements when receiving test commands and to output an energization or deenergization signal based upon the test result when receiving an output command. An output drive device is provided, which energizes or deenergizes selected one of the output elements in response to the energization or deenergization signal.Type: GrantFiled: February 23, 1979Date of Patent: February 3, 1981Assignee: Toyoda-Koki Kabushiki-KaishaInventors: Toshihiko Yomogida, Tsuyoshi Yokota

Patent number: 4176403Abstract: A programmable sequence controller wherein in accordance with a sequence program read out from a memory, a logic operation circuit tests a logical value supplied from an input converter connected to an external input element and generates an output command signal based upon the result of the test. The output command signal is stored in an output memory which has two storage addresses for each external output element, each storage address corresponding to a particular memory storage element addressed by the sequence program. A gate circuit is connected to these two memory storage elements and inhibits the application of an output command signal from one of the memory storage elements to an output converter when the gate circuit receives a logical value from the input converter. When receiving an output command signal from the other of the two memory storage elements the gate circuit then applies this signal to the output converter.Type: GrantFiled: June 20, 1978Date of Patent: November 27, 1979Assignee: Toyoda-Koki Kabushiki-KaishaInventors: Isao Suzuki, Toshihiko Yomogida, Tsuyoshi Yokota
