  • Publication number: 20240430515
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media that utilize deep learning to map query videos to known videos so as to identify a provenance of the query video or identify editorial manipulations of the query video relative to a known video. For example, the video comparison system includes a deep video comparator model that generates and compares visual and audio descriptors utilizing codewords and an inverse index. The deep video comparator model is robust and ignores discrepancies due to benign transformations that commonly occur during electronic video distribution.

  • Publication number: 20230386054
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media that utilize deep learning to identify regions of an image that have been editorially modified. For example, the image comparison system includes a deep image comparator model that compares a pair of images and localizes regions that have been editorially manipulated relative to an original or trusted image. More specifically, the deep image comparator model generates and surfaces visual indications of the location of such editorial changes on the modified image. The deep image comparator model is robust and ignores discrepancies due to benign image transformations that commonly occur during electronic image distribution. The image comparison system optionally includes an image retrieval model utilizes a visual search embedding that is robust to minor manipulations or benign modifications of images. The image retrieval model utilizes a visual search embedding for an image to robustly identify near duplicate images.

  • Publication number: 20110133553
Abstract: A multi-output DC/DC voltage regulator has a master regulator for providing a first output voltage pulse responsive to an input voltage. The master regulator generates a synchronization signal that ramps from a first level up to a second level and discharges back to the first level responsive to the first output voltage pulse. At least one slave regulator provides a second output voltage pulse responsive the input voltage and a delay signal. The at least one slave regulator includes comparison logic for comparing the synchronization signal with a reference value and generates the delay signal to initiate the second output voltage pulse when the synchronization signal substantially equals the reference value. The first output voltage pulse is delayed from the second output voltage pulse by a selected amount.

  • Patent number: 7880443
Abstract: The charging circuit for charging a battery of an electronic device using a connected AC power adaptor includes circuitry responsive to an applied regulated voltage for charging the battery connected to the charging circuitry. The circuitry prevents the regulated voltage applied to the circuitry from falling below a settable voltage level. Additionally, the circuitry switches a charging current between a quick charge level and a trickle charge level responsive to a state of a transistor.

  • Patent number: 6192456
Abstract: A method includes operations for creating and formatting FAT partitions beyond the first gigabyte of a disk having more than one gigabyte of data storage space, when the disk is associated with a controller card that does not include an option-ROM with a BIOS. In particular, the method populates at least one variable of each partition boot sector with a non-F6 value which then is detected to cause the use of the partition LBA for formatting the boot sector, rather than the partition CHS. A computer readable medium can also include program instructions for creating and formatting FAT partitions beyond the first gigabyte of a disk having more than one gigabyte of data storage space, when the disk is associated with a controller card that does not include an option-ROM with a BIOS.
