Particular methods of using the antibodies of the present invention include, but are not limited to, methods of detecting RGC-32 in a sample, methods of assaying cell proliferation, as well as methods of detecting and/or monitoring the progression of abnormal conditions in a subject, where the disease states are associated with the presence or absence of RGC-32.
