    Abstract: The present invention provides a resin composition comprising:(a) a polyolefin resin in an amount of 20-95% by weight,(b) a polyphenylene ether resin in an amount of 80-5% by weight,(c) a partially hydrogenated alkenyl aromatic compound-isoprene block copolymer in an amount of 3-45 parts by weight based on totally 100 parts by weight of the components (a) and (b), and(d) an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer elastomer modified by grafting thereon a graft monomer such as an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, a styrene compound, or an unsaturated epoxy compound or an .alpha.-olefin-alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer such as a copolymer of an .alpha.-olefin of 2-6 carbon atoms and an alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group of 1-8 carbon atoms in an amount of 3-45 parts by weight based on totally 100 parts by weight of the components (a) and (b).
