Abstract: In a method for forming an integrated semiconductor device, a first inter-layer dielectric (ILD) layer is formed over a semiconductor device that includes a first transistor structure, a two-dimensional (2D) material layer is formed over and in contact with the first ILD layer, the 2D material layer is patterned to form a channel layer of a second transistor structure, a source electrode and a drain electrode of the second transistor structure are formed over the patterned 2D material layer and laterally spaced apart from each other, a gate dielectric layer of the second transistor structure is formed over the patterned 2D material layer, the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a gate electrode of the second transistor structure is formed over the gate dielectric layer and laterally between the source electrode and the drain electrode.

The processing unit divides a source stream into a first and a second data streams according to last-modified information, performs a data deduplication procedure on the first data stream to generate and store unique chunks in the storage device and generate a first part of a first set of composition indices for the first data stream; copies composition indices corresponding to logical locations of the second data stream from a second set of composition indices for a previous version of the source stream as a second part of the first set of composition indices; combines the first and second parts of the first set of composition indices according to logical locations of the source stream; and stores the first set of composition indices in the storage device.

The method includes finding a first slave on the internal network system of the local area network through a predetermined tool built in an operating system; utilizing a first predefined protocol to search for a second slave; utilizing a second predefined protocol to respond information of the second slave; receiving the information of the second slave; and transmitting the information of the second slave to the host.

Abstract: A system for providing a bidirectional data access service includes a relay server and a service server. The relay server is located in the Internet. The service server registers an internal Internet Protocol (IP) address, an external IP address, and a corresponding server identification in the relay server, and establishes a data channel. When a user wants to utilize a predetermined service provided by the service server through a client device, the client device transmits the corresponding server identification to the relay server, and the relay server transmits the internal IP address and the external IP address to the client device according to the corresponding server identification. The client device automatically determines a connection method between the client device and the service server according to an application program, the internal IP address, the external IP address, and a network on which the client device is located.
