    Abstract: A semiconductor device and method of manufacturing the same are provided. The semiconductor device includes a substrate and a gate structure disposed on the substrate. The semiconductor device also includes a source region and a drain region disposed within the substrate. The substrate includes a drift region laterally extending between the source region and the drain region. The semiconductor device further includes a first stressor layer disposed over the drift region of the substrate. The first stressor layer is configured to apply a first stress to the drift region of the substrate. In addition, the semiconductor device includes a second stressor layer disposed on the first stressor layer. The second stressor layer is configured to apply a second stress to the drift region of the substrate, and the first stress is opposite to the second stress.

    Abstract: A mounting nail is disclosed. The nail has a nail body and the edge around the nailing leg of the nail is formed into protruded section facing upward. The protruded section corresponding to the upper surface of the nailing leg and the nailing leg corresponding to the circumferential face has an inclination angle of less than 90 degree, and the lower surface of the protruded section is upwardly inclined. When a mounting nail is mounted into an object, the protruded section will hook onto the object. Thus, the object is secured and fastened without dislocation.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wire retainer of a stapler that is applicable for stapling objects with different staple size, and such stapler comprises a groove bracket being disposed at the bottom edge between two side casings for accommodating the staples; a staple roller assembly being disposed on the groove bracket; a staple plate being disposed at the front edge of the side casing for shooting the staple; characterized in that: a detachable wire retainer being disposed at the front edge of the staple plate of the stapler such that the user can switch the wire retainer of different specifications, and maintain a smooth and stable stapling working surface for different stapler specifications without a need of switching the stapler. The present invention effectively improves the current existing stapler that can only fit a single specification to attain the purpose of convenient operation.

The wire-pressing element has a wire-pressing section at the center of the element and the bottom face of the wire-pressing section is provided with a wire slot having an opening facing downward the two sides of the wire-pressing section are respectively provided with a corresponding nailing hole, and the nailing hole is corresponding to a staple-impacting plate of the stapling device, thereby a wire-pressing element is formed. When the front edge of the wire-pressing element is aligned with the front edge of the stapling device the nailing holes are corresponding to the staple-impacting plate of the stapling device, and thereby a staple row utilized in the stapling device and by aligning the wire-pressing element with the front edge of the stapling device, the wire-pressing element can be used to secure insulation wires. The wire-pressing element can be utilized in stapling device for outdoors and indoors.
