Abstract: A miniature coaxial connecter with a micro-switch comprises a signal terminal and a grounding element; the signal terminal is provided with an elastic portion and a first combination portion; the elastic portion is provided with a long slot used for adjusting elasticity thereof; the grounding element is provided with a contact portion and a second combination portion; a front section of the contact portion is provided with tabs bended toward the elastic portion; the elastic portion is wider and the connection length of it and the first combination portion is longer to allow it rather not to be deformed by an external force. Besides, the wider grounding element is provided with the tabs. Whereby, the connecter is manufactured more easily and the manufacturing yield can be elevated.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a sticker type antenna, in which a copper foil of 0.017 mm by thickness is stuck to a layer of releasable film in advance, in order that the copper foil can bear the pulling force in a brush electroplating process to thereby substitute the conventional beryllium copper of a larger thickness. The copper foil after brush electroplating undergoes punching and cutting for forming a pattern and is stuck to a semi-finished product of Mylar, hence the copper foil is stuck onto the back side of the Mylar layer; then the Mylar layer with the copper foil is separated from the releasable film, then the back side of the Mylar layer is applied with adhesive and again is stuck to the releasable film; after punching and cutting the Mylar layer for patterning and edging, a sticker type antenna is made.

Abstract: A RF microwave connector for telecommunication has a central terminal with a guiding groove and a fixing groove. The diameter of the cross section of the guiding groove is larger than the diameter of an inner wire of a coaxial cable and the diameter of the cross section of the upper end of the fixing groove is smaller than the diameter of the inner wire. The inner wire is thrust in the fixing groove by the walls of the fixing groove to cause the combination of the central terminal and the inner wire to be more stable and the connector to have better signal transmission quality by thrusting the inner wire into the fixing groove.

Abstract: A RF microwave connector for telecommunication has a central terminal with a guiding groove and a fixing groove. The diameter of the cross section of the guiding groove is larger than the diameter of an inner wire of a coaxial cable and the diameter of the cross section of the upper end of the fixing groove is smaller than the diameter of the inner wire. The inner wire is thrust in the fixing groove by the walls of the fixing groove to cause the combination of the central terminal and the inner wire to be more stable and the connector to have better signal transmission quality by thrusting the inner wire into the fixing groove.

Abstract: A method for preparing polymeric membranes is disclosed, which has the following steps: (a) forming a casting solution by dissolving cellulose triacetate (CTA) and polyether-sulfone (PES) in a solvent mixture containing n-methyl pyrroridone (NMP) and hydrogen chloride (HCl); (b) forming a membrane from said casting solution; and (c) recovering said membrane. The method of present invention provides an asymmetrical, microporous, polymeric membrane with a high recovery rate of nucleic acids and desirable bulk and surface properties. Also, the membrane so-produced is useful to the application of material separations by filtration and the like, especially the condensation of nucleic acids from a crude sample by filtration.

Abstract: A coaxial connector with all metal shell comprises a metalwork casing in which at least one positioning hole is disposed; an insulator is accepted in the positioning hole; a terminal is accepted in the insulator; a rear receiving room is disposed at the rear end of the casing; a breach is disposed at one flank side of the rear receiving room; an insulating tenon is combined at the inside of the breach of the rear receiving room; the insulating tenon has a plurality of through holes; at least one ground at the rear end of the casing and a lead wire at the rear end of the terminal is extended out of the casing after being respectively passed the through holes.

Abstract: A method for stabilizing or persevering nucleic acids by forming an insoluble ionic complex between nucleic acids and a surfactant in a biological sample, consisting of a step of contacting the biological sample with an isolation reagent comprising amino surfactants of the formula (I): R1R2R3N(O)x, (I), wherein, R1 and R2 each independently is H, C1-C6 alkyl group, C6-C12 aryl group, or C6-C12 aralkyl group; R3 is C1-C20 alkyl group, C6-C26 aryl group or C6-C26 aralkyl group; and x is an integer of 0 or 1. Moreover, the concentration of the amino surfactants in the reagent ranges from 0.001% to 20%. The present invention also relates to a reagent for stabilizing or preserving nucleic acids in a biological sample.

Abstract: A filter column module is disclosed, which has an upper column having a top opening, and a protruding bottom shell. The bottom shell has a plurality of apertures, and a diameter smaller than that of the upper column. A lower column has a support at the bottom and an opening that accommodates the protruding bottom shell of the upper column. The support partially contacts the protruding bottom shell of the upper column, and liquid or air can pass through the support. A filter is placed between the protruding bottom shell of the upper column and the support of the lower column.

Abstract: An insert type super mini microwave connector includes a socket for being joined to a circuit board. The socket further includes an outer metal casing, which extends a lateral joining part, and an insulator associated with the metal casing, which has a metal male terminal keeping not contacting with the metal casing and also extending a lateral joining part. The joining parts are joined to the facial side of the circuit board so as to allow the male terminal facing the circuit board laterally and to allow the socket being attached to a lateral side of the circuit board. An entire height of the connector and the circuit board, which is disposed in an electronic product for being attached with the connector, can be reduced to allow the electronic product having a thinner appearance, providing better signal transmission quality and being fabricated easily.

Abstract: A module type mini BNC connector includes a metal outer casing, a front insulator, a terminal and a rear insulator. The metal outer casing is provided with a locating cylinder and a joining chamber with an opening communicates with the inner side of the locating cylinder. The front insulator is fitted in the locating cylinder with a piercing hole. The terminal has a front section and a rear section with the front section being joined to the piercing hole with a tail end extending to the joining chamber and the rear section being joined to the tail end. The rear insulator with a piercing hole is joined to the rear section of the terminal and is fitted to an inner side of the joining chamber at the opening thereof.

Abstract: An article of manufacture is provided that is useful in differentiating between solutes, such as during electrophoretic separations. An embodiment of the article is a capillary tube, that carries a polymer along the inner wall of the capillary tube. The polymer is effective to reduce undesired interactions and preferably includes a polylactam that is absorbed to the surface before the surface is exposed to the solutes. A preferred polylactam is poly(vinylpyrrolidone) with a molecular weight greater than about 1,000,000 daltons (weight-average).
