Abstract: A device includes an integrated circuit die attached to a substrate; a lid attached to the integrated circuit die; a sealant on the lid; a spacer structure attached to the substrate adjacent the integrated circuit die; and a cooling cover attached to the spacer structure, wherein the cooling cover extends over the lid, wherein the cooling cover attached to the lid by the sealant. In an embodiment, the device includes a ring structure on the substrate, wherein the ring structure is between the spacer structure and the integrated circuit die.

Abstract: A partially assembled grill comprises a frame unit having a bottom and two sides, one side mounted to pivot on one end of the bottom so that it is folded against the bottom, and the other side mounted to pivot on the other end of the bottom and positioned generally perpendicular to the bottom, to form a partially folded frame, and a grill casing, wherein the partially folded frame unit encloses the grill casing on two adjacent perpendicular surfaces.

Abstract: Burner for a gas grill includes an inlet section, a first straight section contiguous with the inlet section, a curved section contiguous with the first straight section, and a second straight section contiguous with the curved section and having a portion parallel to the first straight section to provide the burner with a U-shaped configuration. The curved portion has an inner side and an outer side such that the outer side has a larger radius of curvature than the inner side. The inner side of the curved portion preferably lacks apertures, and the outer side of the curved portion preferably includes apertures, such that the only exit apertures for gas being directed from the burner is through the apertures in the outer side.
