    Abstract: Provided are a rolling apparatus and a processing device, which are used for rolling an electrode plate. The rolling apparatus includes a first roller and a second roller, where the first roller and the second roller are disposed at two sides of the electrode plate in a thickness direction of the electrode plate. The first roller is provided with a plurality of recessed portions, the electrode plate includes a plurality of insulation coating layer regions and a plurality of tabs, and in a projection of the electrode plate in the thickness direction, at least part of a projection of the insulation coating layer region and a projection of the tab are located within a projection of the recessed portion. The rollers deflect under a large rolling pressure.

The method for displacement of the soil pollutant comprises: performing an artificial freezing technique on an area and depth of a surveyed contaminated site to form a sealed frozen wall along the perimeter of the contaminated site, by using the excellent permeation resistance function of the frozen wall to seal the contaminated site and to prevent the pollutant from spreading further; selecting a freezing temperature of ?10° C. to ?30° C. according to characteristics of the freezing temperature and precipitation rate of the pollutant, by controlling the freezing rate to 1 cm/day to 10 cm/day, and performing freezing displacement of the soil pollutant from outside to inside using a principle of freezing purification, to concentrate the pollutant; and subjecting the remaining high concentration of contaminated soil to chemical treatment.

The method includes: A first base station predicts retransmission scheduling information or new transmission scheduling information for UE, and sends the retransmission scheduling information or the new transmission scheduling information to a second base station having a large exchange latency, so that a cell of the second base station serves as a coordinating cell to perform joint data receiving. Alternatively, a second base station having a large latency in exchange with a first base station buffers air interface data that is within fixed duration before any moment, so that the second base station having a large exchange latency may obtain corresponding air interface data according to scheduling information, to perform joint data receiving. Thus a problem that joint data receiving cannot be performed when an exchange latency between cells is large can be resolved.
