  • Publication number: 20150107416
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a tool bit of a foldable repairing tool set includes a material preparing step, an unnecessary material removing step and a material bending step. Wherein, a stick with a designated length is prepared firstly, where one end of the stick is a bending portion, and another end of the stick is an embodying portion; and then, at least one side of the bending portion is partially removed so as to form a smooth surface thereof; finally, the bending portion are bent so as to form a tool bit with a pivoting hole. Under this arrangement, said tool bits are pivotally assembled in a tool base so as to form a foldable repairing tool set.

  • Publication number: 20140182418
Abstract: A manufacturing process for a chain tool attached to a bicycle folding tool included the following steps: Material preparing step: a rod with a length is prepared. Manufacturing step: the rod is milled via a milling cutting step to form a chain fixing groove, a detaching portion, an axial groove and a screwing portion, the chain fixing groove having a retaining wall, the retaining wall being milled to form an arc notch, the screwing portion being threaded to form a threaded hole via a drilling and tapping step. Heat treatment step: after the manufacturing process, the rod is heat treated. Sheet metal part assembling step: a sheet metal part is assembled to the chain tool by at least one connecting part; therefore, the chain tool is attachable to the sheet metal part.

  • Patent number: 8317295
Abstract: A microparticle/aerosol-collecting device for office machine. The microparticle/aerosol-collecting device is positioned near a printing section or a printer head. The microparticle/aerosol-collecting device includes a housing having an upper section and a lower section defining a space. The space has an opening. An absorption section is arranged in the space. The absorption section is formed with a chamber and multiple passages communicating with the chamber. The microparticle/aerosol-collecting device further includes a cleaning unit disposed in the chamber of the absorption section. The absorption section is rotationally drivable by a motor to create a negative pressure effect around the absorption section, whereby the airflow is collectively taken into the chamber of the absorption section through the passages thereof. Accordingly, the microparticles or ink aerosols are entrained by the airflow to go into the chamber. The microparticles or ink aerosols are then absorbed and removed by the cleaning unit.

  • Publication number: 20090243200
Abstract: Skew rectification mechanism for fed paper. The skew rectification mechanism includes a first rotational shaft and a second rotational shaft arranged in parallel to a transverse reference axis of the paper. The rotational shafts are rotationally drivable by motors. A roller is coaxially fitted around each rotational shaft for guiding the paper to advance. In case of skew taking place in delivery of the paper, the first and second rotational shafts are rotated at different rotational speed to smoothly micro-rectify the skew of the paper.
