  • Patent number: 10094253
Abstract: A valve device for a hydraulic circuit includes an actuator unit and a valve unit. The actuator unit comprises an electromagnetic circuit comprising an armature which moves in a translational manner, a core, a coil carrier, a coil configured to be energized, and a flux guiding device. The coil is arranged on the coil carrier. The valve unit comprises a valve housing comprising a transverse bore which serves as a first control chamber pressure port, a regulating slide mounted in the valve housing, the regulating slide being configured to move axially, a first outlet port, an inlet port, and a second control chamber pressure port arranged between the inlet port and the first outlet port.

  • Publication number: 20150285395
Abstract: A flow casing for an oil valve includes a supporting housing comprising a supporting bore. A valve housing is arranged in the supporting bore. A first bore and a second bore are arranged in the valve housing. A first connectable nozzle and a second connection nozzle are each formed in the supporting housing and are each fluidically connectable. The first connectable nozzle is fluidically connected to the first bore. The second connection nozzle is fluidically connected to the second bore. At least one peripheral surface is arranged on the valve housing axially between the first bore and the second bore. The at least one peripheral surface comprises a first groove. A first seal ring is arranged in the first groove on the at least one peripheral surface. The thermal expansion coefficient of the first seal ring is higher than the thermal expansion coefficient of the supporting housing.

  • Publication number: 20150139840
Abstract: A valve device for a hydraulic circuit includes an actuator unit and a valve unit. The actuator unit comprises a spring element and an electromagnetic circuit. The electromagnetic circuit comprises an armature, a core comprising a passage hole, a coil, and a flux-guiding device. A stop element comprising a passage opening is arranged in the passage hole so that a gap exists between the core and the armature when actuating the actuator unit. The valve unit comprises a first opening, a second opening, a third opening formed opposite the actuator unit, a first valve seat between the first and second opening, a second valve seat formed between the first and third opening, a first valve closure body connected to the armature and loaded by the spring element, and a second valve closing body loaded by hydraulic pressure and lifted from the second valve seat by the first valve closure body.
