Abstract: A computer-implemented method to provide collaboration between a group of vehicles. The method includes linking two or more vehicles into a group, wherein each vehicle is partially automated, includes a plurality of sensors, and are performing a common task. The method further includes generating, for each vehicle, a 360 degree view of the vehicle with data from the plurality of sensors. The method includes aggregating the 360 degree view for each vehicle into a group view, that includes all the grouped vehicles. The method includes displaying the group view on an augmented reality (AR) device a, where the group view includes a relative location for each vehicle in the group. The method includes applying a set of rules to the group of vehicles, wherein the rules provide instructions to each vehicle how to operate within the group, where the set of rules is configured to complete the task.

  • Publication number: 20230259864
Abstract: An approach for enhancing a workplace environment is provided. Environmental information about the workplace environment is obtained from a plurality of internet of things (IoT) device sensors. Based on the environmental information, a digital twin of the workplace environment is created. The digital twin is evaluated over time using a cognitive system to identify a deficiency in the workplace environment using continuous learned data. Based on the evaluation, an area of an avatar-based version of the digital twin that contains a graphical change in the digital twin containing a suggested improvement that addresses the deficiency in the workplace environment is highlighted.

  • Patent number: 11720964
Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for implementing a natural language order fill module are disclosed. A database stores data corresponding to trade details of a particular trade. A processor is operatively coupled to the database via a communication network. The processor configures a free-form text box to receive user input data corresponding to the trade details (e.g., abbreviations data, varying sentence syntax data, special characters data and details data, etc.) of the particular trade; implements neural networks algorithm to interpret and extract key trade details data from the receive user input data corresponding to the trade details of the particular trade regardless of text structure of the input data; and automatically fills in corresponding trading ticket fields in real-time based on the extracted key trade details data.

  • Publication number: 20230229365
Abstract: Ink saturation for a print job varies according to prioritized elements identified within a given document or print job. Elements are prioritized according to pre-defined values according to document type and identified elements within the document type. High priority elements of a document are assigned greater ink saturation than lower priority elements of the same document. Automated prioritization is made possible by a crowd-sourced knowledge corpus including pre-defined document types and corresponding elements of the documents. Historic configurations accepted by a user drive a learning process using a feedback loop for refined decision-making as print jobs are submitted for printing.

  • Patent number: 11689601
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to stream quality enhancement. A determination can be made that quality of an audio/video (A/V) stream being streamed to a first device falls below a quality threshold. A plurality of edge processing devices in an environment of the first device can be identified. Available computing resources of each of the edge processing devices can be determined. At least one edge processing device of the plurality of edge processing devices with sufficient computing resources for correcting quality of the A/V stream using a correction model can be selected. The selected at least one edge processing device can be instructed to correct the A/V stream using the correction model to generate a corrected A/V stream that satisfies the quality threshold. A command to transmit the corrected A/V stream to the first device can be issued.

  • Patent number: 11676311
Abstract: A method for replicating interfaces in augmented reality for missing devices is provided. A processor identifies an expected position pattern of one or more wearable devices in conjunction with an augmented reality device based on an expected usage pattern of a user. A processor compares a current position pattern of the one or more wearables user to the expected position pattern. In response to the current position pattern not matching the expected position pattern, a processor retrieves an overlay corresponding to a use case indicated by the expected usage pattern. A processor renders the overlay in the augmented reality device, where the overlay is rendered in the expected position pattern for the one or more wearable devices relative to a view of the augmented reality device.

  • Publication number: 20230173879
Abstract: Proactive temperature maintenance in a temperature controlled unit of a delivery vehicle can be based on a computer data analysis of multiple temperature factors. A computer can receive route environmental data from a multiplicity of sources regarding temperatures outside a vehicle, including a temperature at a current location and temperatures at another location along a route of the vehicle. Route environmental data can be analyzed to determine when to initiate a proactive cooling action for maintaining a cooling requirement within a refrigerated space within the vehicle, and the cooling requirements can include a threshold temperature in the refrigerated space. A proactive cooling action can be initiated based on the analysis before the threshold temperature is reached by assessing temperature variations in the route environmental data for determining a temperature effect on the vehicle at one or more locations along the route.
