Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic smart device demonstration include receiving a user request to initiate a smart device demonstration. Device groups for the devices in the environment in question are determined and/or generated and utilized to determine what devices and functionalities are to be included in a given smart device demonstration. Then data representing device functionality descriptions are utilized to output those descriptions in synchronization with device state transitions of the smart devices, which demonstrate the described functionality.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of extracting data, such as clinical patient information from surveys such as medical surveys is disclosed herein. The method comprises obtaining completed surveys, each completed survey comprising answers to preconfigured questions, identifying portions of the survey corresponding to answers, applying a machine learning model to the portions identified as answers to predict answers, and accumulating a response to the survey based on the predicted answers.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing a lactose-free dairy product containing galactooligosaccharides, comprising a step of using ordinary lactase and ?-galactosidase with transgalactosylation activity, wherein the ordinary lactase decomposes lactose in a dairy product starting material to galactose and glucose; wherein the ?-galactosidase with transgalactosylation activity decomposes lactose in the dairy product starting material to galactose and glucose, and transfers galactose obtained through decomposition onto a hydroxyl group of lactose in the dairy product starting material to achieve conversion to galactooligosaccharides, and optionally, conversion to higher-order galactooligosaccharides; and wherein the galactose obtained through decomposition comprises: 1) galactose obtained by decomposition of lactose by the ordinary lactase; and/or 2) galactose obtained by decomposition of lactose by the ?-galactosidase with transgalactosylation activity.

Abstract: Described is a beverage comprising a milk base and 0.3‰ to 5‰ of citrus fiber based on the milk base; wherein a citrus fiber raw material used to prepare the beverage contains 50% to 100% of total dietary fiber and has a particle size D99 of 100 ?m-300 ?m. Methods for preparing the beverage are also disclosed. Since the indicators of the citrus fiber raw material and the ratio of the citrus fiber raw material to the milk base are strictly controlled in a preparation process, the beverage has a moderate viscosity and a good taste, and it can maintain a long-term stability without adding stabilizers such as gum.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the production of a room-temperature acidic beverage containing sporic Bacillus coagulans, which comprises the following steps: an acidic beverage is prepared and sterilized under sterilization conditions corresponding to 750 C to 110° C. for 23 to 33 s; sporic Bacillus coagulans is then dispersed into sterile water, and the Bacillus coagulans solution thus obtained is pasteurized under pasteurization conditions corresponding to 70 to 90° C. for 23 to 33 s; the acidic beverage obtained following sterilization and the sporic Bacillus coagulans solution obtained following pasteurization are placed in canned packaging to obtain a room-temperature acidic beverage containing sporic Bacillus coagulans.
