  • Patent number: 10657741
Abstract: In one example, the present disclosure describes a device, computer-readable medium, and method for regulating access to electronic entertainment to incentivize desired behavior. For instance, in one example, the behavior of an individual is monitored through data received from an electronic device. The behavior is compared to a predefined behavioral goal stored in a profile for the individual, and a predefined incentive associated with satisfaction of the predefined behavioral goal by the user is identified. The predefined incentive comprises access to an electronic entertainment medium. An instruction to the electronic entertainment medium is generated to grant access to the individual when it is determined that the individual has satisfied the predefined behavioral goal.

  • Patent number: 10201699
Abstract: A therapy lead has a distal header, a helix-shaft assembly, and a ring seal. The distal header has a cylindrical passage, and the helix-shaft assembly has a shaft and a helical anchor distally extending from the shaft. The shaft extends through the cylindrical passage. The ring seal circumferentially extends about the shaft and inside the cylindrical passage. The ring seal has a proximal face, a distal face, an outer circumferential surface, an inner circumferential surface, and a side wall. The distal face is opposite the proximal face. The outer circumferential surface extends between the proximal face and distal face. The inner circumferential surface is opposite the outer circumferential surface and extends between the proximal face and distal face. The inner circumferential surface defines a center hole of the ring seal that extends between the proximal face and distal face.

  • Publication number: 20190015658
Abstract: An implantable therapy lead is disclosed herein. The lead includes an elongated lead body having a suture sleeve. The suture sleeve is supported on the lead body and has each of an outer surface and an inner surface radially inward of the outer surface. The inner surface defines a lumen through which the elongated lead body extends. The suture sleeve further includes a structure projecting radially inward and/or outward from the inner surface. The suture sleeve is compressible from a first state into a second state by applying a constrictive force to the outer surface of the suture sleeve such that, when in the second state, the structure contacts the elongated lead body, at least in part, to resist movement of the elongated lead body relative to the suture sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20180333175
Abstract: A spinal procedure includes attaching a first reduction instrument to a first guide assembly and a second guide assembly. The first reduction instrument includes a fixed attachment assembly and a translating attachment assembly that cooperatively interfaces the fixed attachment assembly. The first guide assembly is attached to a first pedicle and the second guide assembly is attached to a second pedicle. The first reduction instrument is moved to reduce an orientation of the spine, while imaging a reduction of the orientation of the spine. An angle and position of the first reduction instrument is locked upon achieving a desired reduction. The spine may then be fused.

  • Patent number: 9916492
Abstract: A method for preventing overlap during the application of a universal identifier (UID) to a signature document in an electronic signature service is disclosed. The method includes parsing an image file of the signature document to obtain a content vector. A set of addresses of the content vector uniquely correspond with a set of locations in the image. Each value in the content vector indicates content at a corresponding location in the image. The method also includes measuring an overlap quantity for a potential UID location using the content vector to measure the overlap quantity. The method also includes selecting a UID location in the signature document using the overlap quantity. The method also includes applying the UID to the signature document using the UID location.
